I finally got my deposit but it took Casinomeister's intervention and City Club casino lost their "accredited" status with Casinomeister due to City Club's attitude....

After playing blackjack a bit, I realized that City Club's maximum bet limit was quite looooow at $50. Their other card games such as baccarat and casino war were the same. I decided to forfeit my winnings ($11) and $99 bonus. I only wanted my $99 deposit back which didn't violate anything in their T&Cs. Despite 3 withdrawal requests, an email to the 'lobby manager', a thread on Casinomeister, a private message to the Casino rep on Casinomeister, I have not received my deposit back....
