Chartwell wins Betfair online casino contract

Calgary-based turnkey Internet casino provider and games developer Chartwell Technology has inked a licensing agreement with UK betting giant, Betfair, which has introduced an online casino operation at Betfair Casino.com.

The agreement calls for Chartwell to design and fully integrate a unique casino and soft gaming section to complement Betfair's existing exchange betting platform.

Betfair is one of the most visited gaming sites in the world, offering its products in 18 languages to a player base of more
than 900 000 in 80 countries. The group handles over 5 million bets a day.
