14.10.2005 Premier League club Aston Villa has signed a sponsorship rights agreement with online gaming company, GTcasino.com, also known as Golden Tiger Casino and Poker in the Casino Rewards group. As part of its associate sponsor package, Golden Tiger Casino have become Villa's official casino and poker room partner, offering fans the chance to play and win through a variety of communication channels available to the club.
Management appointed the sponsorship consultancy Lighthouse Communications Ltd to undertake a strategic review of football, before negotiating and managing the GT Casino associate sponsor package with Villa. In terms of the agreement GTcasino.com can use many of the club's communication channels including perimeter boards, programmes and online offerings.
