" Do not play at this casino. I have had the worst experience. First, they don't answer emails....oh, you'll get an automated response, but no answer after that, especially if you are asking about a withdrawl. Then I tried calling them. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. The customer service rep that answered was extremely rude and talked over me several times so it was difficult to get out my question. I finally asked for a manager and that didn't go well either. I tried to withdraw since 1/12 and still have not gotten my winnings. I'm so frustrated with this gambling site. They are a big rip off - not to mention rude and unresponsive. "

" On jan24th i deposited $40 twice and claimed too cool$200 bonus which states no cash max payout and no play through required. Well I started to win so I wagered higher well I was over $20,000.00 and cashed out at $15000.00 when i went to cashier the max cash out is $5000 so i did (3) $5000 over night express checks I had called a few times to verify all was good! and was told we never pay out more than $2000 at a time and only 1 check per week. then i asked to speak to somebody in the accounting dept as i was told to by there customer service rep. and was told they have no phones in the accounting office. Come on do you really think people are that ignorant? Will I ever get my Money? After reading everybody's comments What do you do? "

" One is already very leary abput giving up the credit card information to play online anyway because you just don't know who to trust. Well I trusted Cool Cat and after 21 days of waiting I have no idea if I will ever get my winnings. The run around is unbelievable. IF I ever get my winnings I won't play here any longer. The bonus playthroughs SUCK and even if you complete the playthrough they DEDUCT the amount of the bonus you were given. I have sent in all of the proper documents and nothing. It's hard times for everybody....,,,,I just want my winnings but in all honesty I don't think I'll ever get it. My original win was over 10,000 and all I asked to be withdrawn was $2000 imagine if I had requested the entire amount. I am seeking a trustworthy , reliable business that I can trust "

" I played....had 4 withdrawals approved which took 7 days, on 1/19 I was told I would receive within 10 days. Now I'm told it won't be till Feb 19th. I have sent several emails, did the live chat...called the telephone number and never get thru...I've waited over 30 minutes and never got thru. Why does it take so long to pay out. It taks seconds to deposit. Everything was submitted to them to be approved within 24 hours of them asking. What is the problem???????????????? "

" I did finally receive all my winnings. Once Claudia got on the case I received my winnings within two weeks. I will try again at this casino and hopefully they have changed their ways and people can get their winnings in a timely manner. "

" I have played at alot of on-line casinos. However, this casino has been the worst. I played just a little to check it out. Deposited very little money. But, everytime I logged back into the casino, there were extra funds in my account, which I suppose was considered bonus money or money that required a certain amunt of wagering, which was ok because this wa supposed to be a new casino and I was just checking out. I played at one of their "Affilliates" and never quite trusted them. If you play a game, and you decide to switch do a different game, then your your funds go back into your bank, and you have to redepoit into each game you play. You MUST have a minimum of $5.00 to deposit into a game to play, so if you have $4.50 and want to move to a different game, tough luck. They will keep your money, or you will have to re-deposit more funds, or you could ask them why you can't play since you still have $4.50, and that is when they will tell you, you must have a minimum of $5.00 to play, oh, but they have a few quarters laying around, so they will add that to your account. That must be at least a $500.00 wager requirement for that $.50. I recently had not played at this casino for months, however, one of their silictors actually called me on the telephone and we had a very lengthy conversation regarding the promotion he was offering, which was was just make a deposit, and they would give me an additional 50 percent, and since I was not redeeming a coupon, or bonus, I could keep my money if I won. If I lost my money, at that time, I could visit the cashier and request 50% insurance, which meant they would deposit half of the money I had wagered back into my account, and if I requested that, then there would be wagering requirements. So, unfortunately, I did deposit funds, I won, and they denied my withdrwal request, due to my previous coupon redemptions, etc. And when I have tried to contact them via e-mail and have tried to explain what their solicitor advised me, they have totally ignored every e-mail I have sent to them. Thankfully, I was at least smart enough to make a very, very small deposit. If you play at this casino, you will vever be able to withdraw any winnings, or affiliates. Be very careful "

" coolcat has just closed my account mccafe55 stating because i took legal action against them that my account will be closed and a stop placed on my account.Well i can say this i have so many backers backing me and doing that is defenitly putting gas on a fire and making the situation worse.I tried bieng nice, i tryed bieng patiant.I was played,and mislead only to be denied my winnings.I have all the transcripts and letters to prove it.They led me to believe that i really won for 6 days then denied me without any just cause.If they dont put my casino back with my funds it will make this much much worse.Its unbielable that a casino would be so bad as this one.Please anyone who reads this dont paly or have anything to do with coolcat casino.There are much better ones out there trust me. "

If you dident meet the requirments like 10x or 50x with max cash out or free chipe please dont write me.I want real cases that have a leg to stand on.I also suggest if you think your bieng cheated out of a fair win plaese report it to your local police department.Then email me and tell me where you reported it,and i will give that imformation to to my police so they can coraspond with other enforcement departments.Like any consumer we too have rights,and if you feel that your rights have been violated you have the right to press charges against them.All casinos are governed by laws and licienceing is reviewed on a regular basis bye the software providers,which in this case is realtimegaming.com.Remember to read the rules and dont even play until you read and fully understand them.If you have multiple accounts be sure to ask the casino to remove them and only play one account because some casinos will keep them there just to use it to deny your winnings.Do not use any coupons while waiting for withdraw approvals or they will get you.Sometimes coolcat will send them while your playing to try and void your withdraw.Coolcat seems to be operating in ways ,so they can find any way they can to avoid paying.My advice is not to play there and egnore all there offers because unlike most casinos they run in a group,and they operate by denying or slow delayed payment in hopes that they can get away with paying there winners so they will always come out way on top.Anyway please keep the emails comming,and i will do my best to help you to help yourselves.Coolcat support wont help because there the ones who creat the problems in most cases,from what i see and hear.I won $10,000 dollars and they still wont approve it.So people your not alone.I won this fair and square and they still wont pay.Very very sad casino to say the least. " I see coolacat comments here stateing that they have the best bonuses ect bar none..thats all fine to say but when it comes down to it,if you win they wont pay you.Or they make you sweat,they make you so stressed out playing mind games and trying to make up excuses.At times they can seem to be all nice and friendly,and can give you a false sence that you might get your winnings.Fact is i won a lagitamate $10,000 dollar win,and they use all the tricks in the book to avoid paying. " Since posting on Dec 12 I have received my money in my UseMyWallet Account. Apparently if you use a free chip you can only withdrawal with UseMyWallet, but thats fine the only downside is they charge to wire to your bank account. Overall I am happy. "

" Since i posted my last post here i did in fact have problems with coolcat.The nature was very serious,and thats all i was told i could say pending the outcome of my withdraw request. again!! They seemed to have rectafied and hopefully resolved it by completing,and approving my well deserved winnings.I will keep you all posted on what happens,and the results.I was going to ask them to remove my prior comments as the situation has changed since i wrote that.However i think that it would be in there best interest to do the rite thing.
