" OK people this is how this casino works. Be sure to read all of their rules in advance and follow them. I won 4000 on Aug 28th. Today is October 28th and the first check they sent me for 1500 has finally cleared and I have the cash. I will received my next check tomorrow for 1200 and in another month my third for 1200. The process is long and it is frustrating but there is light at the end of the tunnel if you play within their guidelines. I can only see it as a blessing I turned 30 dollars into 4000. Patience people. "

" The 1st of October I won $1000, stupid me played back $500, requested the withdraw and as of today, you guessed it, no money. I have sent emails, spoke with Nathan at Cool Cat and he comes up with all this garbage about how they have to be really careful about how withdraws are done. I have played online casinos for years,in my state its legal. I have already made my mine up I will never see the $500 and yes I still get harressing phone calls to play there other casinos. I have always been paid within a week of request from other casinos and it went right to my checking account.So people stay away from them. Not worth the headache. "

The withdraw department has told me that i been approved and that it takes 7-10 days to receive my money but in order to receive my money, I need to create a expresswallet or quick tender account. " Cool Cat, Slots of Vegas and Club Player are the WORST casinos I have ever dealt with. They rip you off. If you actually do get a pay out it takes 8 weeks to receive. I had a free chip of $50, played through the required amount and requested a pay out for the $100 jsut to see what would happen. Hi Hubert,

Your funds have been reinstated to your account. The issue here is that when a player redeems a No Play through – No Max cash out bonus for slots and keno “only” any winnings associated to that bonus must come from slots and keno “only” otherwise the promotion is voided. In this case the player started playing Texas Holdem with the slots winnings and thus all winnings were voided.

I backtracked the account and credited him up to and only the winnings associated to Slots which he won fair and square for $20,000. In the future to play with Slots winnings such as these a player can request that an “approved” payout be returned to his account and authorized to play games outside the promotion. Payouts requested and then canceled by the player do not count.
