I did removed the casino from mine computer and feel ripped off. " 7 Sultans casino has recently so called improved their software, I have been playing there for years, in the process of the software changeover, all my game history was wiped resulting in a loss of my usual 25X free games, I had won free spins soon after the change but was only able to acess 10 X free spins, after much live chat, emails etc they worked on it for over 2 weeks and finally my status was re-instated, however in the meantime there was no getting away from the fact that still only 10 free spins were available to me whereas prior to the change I had the option of 25X free spins, at the end of the day I have spent mega moolah in one year with them, was considered a VIP and after expressing my bitter disappointment to the way it was handled and the potential loss of thousnads (I won $30 off the 10 X free spins! Whereas on the 25 X free spins I often won in excess of $300, even won $2600 of then once!) I told them they had better sort something out or I would no longer support them, here's the kicker, they offered me $50!!! Adding insult to injury, I un-installed the software and they kissed my $-0,000 goodbye! Naturally at this point I can only say I feel totally ripped off and I would never recommend 7Sultans to anyone! Cheers "

" i signed up, made x3 deposits totalling $675.00 and won a totall of $5000 within 5days.1 week later i rang to see how long payment will be made. they said waiting for id utility bill and card. i scanned and sent. they rang me asked me date of birth address ect. then had to resend documents again. Ive done this so will see if its good enough.or if they pay me out??? "
