" awful casino i put in 700 and lost 300 fairly fast on the slots i then decided to withdraw my remaining 400, then the trouble began after waiting 2 weeks no cheque arrived so i contacted them to only find out nothing was sent, they wanted details credit card drivers license and utility bill so i could get my money its now been well over a month, im very unsure about just handing over my details. "

" I played a promotional bonus and won over $600 dollars several years ago.I must say they were prompt,friendly,and i dident have any problems cashing out.I recieved my money in about 6 days.So all i can say is that if other casinos like "coolcat" could follow there example they would have a better reputation for faster payments ect.Good customer satisfation is the answer to a good casino.I just won $12000 dollars there but have been reading some bad reviews unlike here.I hope to write good reviews because when you win you win. " Nice casino to play. Live support was slow and cuts you off when on hold which is annoying. New player bonus offer confusing if playing in sterling as the deposit match is only on the first £25 which was very disappointing as it wasent clear and i deposited more ended up only getting 100% rather than the 200% expected. Bonus would have been better if I had played in dollars! "
