Avoid this company! I deposited $200 using an electronic transfer. I subsequently won $100, and tried to withdraw the entire amount: the original deposit and the winnings. It's been seven weeks since I tried to do the withdrawal, and still no cash. Have contacted the company at least twenty times and get a very cheerful run-around. The moral of this story is, avoid this company at all costs!

Not only have experienced the same withdrawal problems with nothing but excuses and no money, I experienced a loss of substantial funds on January 13, 2007 due to "technical difficulties" at the casino. Although I was assured that these issues would be reviewed and resolved, they never were. I am in the process of retaining and attorney to process a Class Action Suit against the casino. I am searching for anyone who had difficulties with the Casino on January 13, 2007 to join this Class Action Suit.

I have tried for 12 days to get play united to verify my faxback form. Every time I try to withdraw by wire transfer it is denied the reason being my faxback isn't on file. Customer support say's it's in accounting wait 48 hours. I have waited hundreds of hours but still can't withdraw and I get the same old song and dance routine out of customer support. Why is it that they can take your money instantly but when it's time to pay they need weeks. I work hard for my money and need every dime. I feel like my deposit here was flushed down a toilet.

i too am having the same problems with play united...been 2 months since they said they mailed me a check..all the e-mail and only confirmation that they received my e-mail but never any help with my withdrawal...i have all e-mails and screen shots of cashier deposits and withdrawals as well as live chat ...looking to find somewhere or someone to help with this issue

When I first started playing with PLAY UNITED CASINO, I really liked them. Although, my first Withdrawal with them, once approved took Fourteen days to get Paid.
Then my Second Withdrawal APPROVED on 02/23/2006 I still have NOT seen, this Twenty days later,which no one will give me a straight answer on, as to where my Money actually is! For instance, first I was told my Withdrawal was APPROVED on 02/23/2006. Then I was told on 02/28/2006 they were going to try and make a Electronic Bank Transfer back to my Credit Card I Deposited with, which I was told would take Four to Eight Days. Then on the Sixtenth day of waiting I had to contact them again, and they told me they had to contact my Bank at which time they informed me my Bank Rejected the Transfer. Well, this wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't had to contact them, every day and if I had not told them already previously that the only kind of Transfer my Bank would accept was ACH Transfers. Which they had told me already they didn't do ACH Transfers, but they would try something else, when I had already told them my Bank only took ACH Transfers. So, now I am waiting to get some kind of Confirmation which I have been promised day after day, as I told them to just send me a Check, which I was also informed would take another Ten to Twenty-five days. And what is really a shame is I have a Neteller Account, but I am scared to even mention it, because I just know it would somehow get messed up and then I would be starting all over again waiting on my Winnings to get PAID! I can't begin to tell you how frustrating this has been, especially when I have talked with different people in support, which I have had to explain everything that was going on time after time. Also, I have requested to talk with Accounting since the day my Withdrawal was approved and not only can I not talk to them, I can't seem to receive any kind of correspondence at all from them! Really discouraged and tired of waiting to get Paid, and never getting a straight answer as to where my Money actually is. And most of all really wondering if there is really an ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT?
