" I deposited $50 for my so called "birthday bonus". I then withdrew my $50 -- not only did they refuse to honor the bonus--it has been 18 days and they still have not processed my withdrawal!!! Beware of this casino--you will get taken for a long walk off a short pier!!! "

Hi RayThe birthday bonus wasn’t actually credited to you because you opened your account after your birthday had passed, so we offered you the sign-on bonus instead. By this time you had already requested your withdrawal, so the support agents informed you that if you wanted the sign-on bonus you would have to reverse it. As you didn’t reverse the withdrawal it was processed and you were paid yesterday.
