LoL I'm So Glad I'm Not the only victim By 32 Vegas. I Signed Up with them in Jan 2007 and instantly became a VIP due to the amount i've deposited and limits.My VIP Host Diane was so helpful when it comes to depositing money and constantly persuading me to accept their great bonuses.As a smart punter i am it sounds too good to be true and i was right theres a wager requirement before your able to cash out? What a Joke we are already a under dog due to house edge rules and its "online". So i'm thinking its easy to deposit and play but when it comes to cashing out you have to jump hoops like 4. 1-House Advantage,2-Wagering,3-Slots Is a Must And 4-Proof Of ID and Documents.So here how it goes I did not take their bonuses so i was playing just my own money so cashing out wouldn't be a problem.in the 3 months i played I managed to do the impossible and was up $12,575.75 to be exact and decided to cash out.As a VIP Member Diane said the check comes faster and hassle free as anyone would expect.Then after the 48 hr pending i was told by support i need to send them my Proof Of ID which was strange because i did that the day i signed up and it was never a problem until now when i cash out. So i send it again eventually it came to the total of 4 times and their excuse was the same which was We never recieved it as our main system is overload and might come in the next 24 hrs.So now i know their a ripp off and my money that i won and deposited will never come back. I deposited a 5 figure amount excluding my winnings above, so you add my deposit and winnings and work out how much they con me.It was enough to pay a jackpot in slots ppl!!! Desperately heading to a lan casino and was a miracle i got back wat i lost and i learn a big lesson be very careful and smart if not don't even touch online casinos. i was one of the lucky ones.

32Vegas has been finding every possible excuse to avoid paying me out. Their favorite tactic seems to be rejecting your proof of ID or address. I've had enough. I'm in the process of attaching their right title and interest in Playtech's software and suing them for my money. Fortunately, gambling debts are actionable in my jurisdiction and I will post any judgment obtained against them on this forum. 32Vegas, you have messed with the wrong lawyer this time.

I have had nothing but problems from this site... First off I won so money that when I went to cashout, got cancelled after 2 days, I then got told that this was an error and that I would have to start the whole process again. and this for some reason took for ever. Thought that I would give them a second try and won all good, but then got told that because they gave me a £30 I would need to wage another 14,000+ before I can make a cash out request....

your comment I have played MANY casinos in the past year and tested them for my own concerns and I can say 32 Vegas is the fairest I have played and if I have the money I always come back to them. I have won many times and some big wins 5000.00 one time in slots. I have also lost some but if you gamble you have to expect that.The people are so VERY nice and helpful! This sounds like a commercial but I am a real person and really play and reccomend 32Vegas.

32vegas robbed me. i deposited $100 and received the $320 bonus. i asked in live help which games were valid for clearing the bonus, and I was told casino war was perfectly valid. I have a screenshot of where I was told this. then I played enough to clear the bonus, somewhere around $5500 in total bets. when I made my withdrawal, it was cancelled and I was told that casino war was NOT valid to clear the bonus. thus, the live help representative LIED to me. DO NOT play this casino, the management is perfectly fine with lying to the customers in order to take their money.

I am very dissapointed with this casino. I really enjoyed playing there at first but when I lost I was sent an email stating that they would give me a cash back bonus of a percentage of the money. I never recieved it after several emails to them they keep telling me that my request is being forwarded to the proper department. I have also contacted them by online support with no help. I feel that if you offer something you should keep your word.I will continue to search for a fair casino. I certainly dont reccomend this one.
