" after 4 months of lies and waiting for my withdraw of 4 thousand dollars i did some investigating on my own.i demanded an answer from my bank.the ceo refered me to a treasury dept secret service agent that said the casino was suspected of money laundering and the money was confiscated by the treasury dept..i would not ever get it .so good luck "

" I wrote back lat year complaning about Rushmore that i never received my winnings. It is now march 2012 and still nothing. At this point i dont even receive emails with excuses of why i dont have my money. This is crazy! "

" I'm quite concerned about the process for withdrawls at this Casino. I attempted to withraw money but was told I had to scan a form with personal details and scan in my credit card and driver's license. While I don't mind providing this information through a secure upload of fax mechanism, I am deeply concerned that the only way to supply this information is via email, which is not a secure method of transmitting my personal information. All I need is for someone to snag my email and read all of my credit card details. This is identity theft waiting to happen. I contacted support and they said to email withdraws. I did, but I still have not heard anything back from then. The web site boasts about their security, but if you have to email your personal information along with credit card information, I'd say this is probably the least secure casino aroudn. "

" I just don't understand how Rushmore can continue to operate with only putting people off and off about paying withdrawal money. It has been over three months for me now and I still keep getting the butt end with ridiculous excuses for not paying. They seem like a sinking ship trying to stay open as long as they can to collect more money and not pay until they ... well, hopefully wake up! I miss my over a thousand dollar withdrawal that should have been paid long ago. "

" I have twice now in Rushmore. Once for $900 and now for $700. You would think I would have learned my lesson. The $900 took over eight weeks or more to receive. I won the $700 in December, 2011. I still have not receive it. I keep getting lies, after lies. The best lie so far is "when we find your money" we will send it to you by check. How could my money have gotten lost. REALLY...... I don't want them to send it by check because I am afraid it will bounce. I want my money put into my bank account (if that ever happens). They keep changing people in their withdrawal department like I change..... If there is anyone out their listening, do yourself a favor and stay away from Rushmore. They will RUSHNOMORE........ "

" I also won from Rushmore casino back in October and still nothing. They keep saying they are backlog because a third party and the checks will be going out. This is B.S.. I will never play at that site again. The funny thing they keep having the free tournaments. The people that are playing should be warned that they will not get their money. "

" I still have not been paid also. I did my withdraw on 10/05/11 It is now 11/07/11 More than a month, They give excuse after excuse, And i have numerous screenshots of them saying it will be in week in and out, And more lies. They say there having problems with a third party processor. This isnt my fault. I want my 1,000 Dollars. I gave my bank account info 3 times and swift codes and account and routing number. Still nothing. Horrible.. "
