" After posting that this morning I receive 4 emails from Casino Fortune saying that each of the withdrawal requests has now been approved. ( First was 4th May and no response since) whether this means they will now pay the winnings out remains to be seen. I will update here if any or all is paid.
They must read Reviewed Casinos.com though! "

" I played at Casino fortune on Poker, Roulette and BJ (without any bonuses on my account) and ended up making 3 withdrawal requests for $200 each, no response, no acknowledgement to any emails, no online support. When I eventually managed to get through by phone that since it was only 10 days since my first request it would take some time and hung up. It's now 4 weeks and no sign of anything and no response to emails etc..........it's like one of those drift nets in the Pacific that still catches stuff for years as it moves around. "

" Used casino Fortuen for many many years and Loved it, until yesterday.I apparently used a bonus along with my own cash and played a game I was not allowed to play, won on it and cashed out. They refused the cashout and we had a few emails bck and forth and they decided to give me my winnings. After a few longer days than they said it would take, I jsut decided to keep playing with it, anfd hit a few good hits on there legal to play games, aa total of 2220.00 I cashed out in three differetn incriments. They voided all of them and refuse to pay me the money that I won with te money they originally agreed to give me. I decided thta I no longer wish to play at a casino thta does not make things very clear. I informed tem I had planned on using some of the money, and not one person told me I could not play with my withdrawal money, my money and i cant play with it. But bet if I lost it all they would not have returned the original to me. i am still in shock over this treatmeant and never expected a casino I have given thousands upon thousands to do this, but I guess they needed the money real bad. But they have lost me as a customer , I will not be back and theyve lsot my monthly deposits of hundreds and could ahve nmade that in ten folds over the next years. I am a loyal cutoemr to people who are loyal to me and all they had to say was . Do not play with this money you are not allowed to , we will not pay you anytign if you win and I would ave waited for it to go into my bank and have reused it. But this is the way the would like to handle it, so now after my raving of their customer service. I am giving them a please be casutious review and follow their rules and if your not sure about it, dont ask becasue they wont tell you the way to do it anyway. Bye Bye Casino Fortune, Hope you enjouyed my money, becasue that was the last you or any other Sunny Group casino will ever see of it. Casino Del Rio and Cameo now get it all. Chris "
