Club Dice is the worst casino on the Internet that I made the mistake of playing blackjack at!! Let me explain why. What do most players think of how fair or honest the blackjack game they're playing is if 1) they hit a hard 11, get a Queen and still lose the hand to the dealer's 21 and 2) stand with a hard 13 against the dealer's upcard of a 2, then see the dealer pull a 7 and then Jack to their original hand of 2/2 - only to lose again?? Well, my point is that Club Dice casino is hardly alone in this. I have come across some very instructive and rare online articles that discuss how to test if the RNG that is dealing your cards at an online casino is (still) truly "random." I'm sorry, but I have had more than my share of casinos that I play at for an hour or more - in Club Dice's casino I had enough intuition and brains not to - only to lose 3 hands out of 4, push with 20 again and again, double on 11 again and again and get only a 2 or 3 for my last card, and face a dealer's picture card or ten time after time while being dealt a hard 13-16 at first. I think any knowledgable and halfway intelligent player gets my point. Screw the bogus "recommendations" for some casinos and all their protests and statements of how fair/honest they really are!! I say the hands or cards don't lie and tell a different story.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this casino and mad because I like playing and have had luck, but the support and misrepresentation is terrible.
I enjoyed my initial experience enough to refer several friends to play. The refer-a-friend bonus is all over the site - I was to get $100 and my friend $50 with minimal playing requirements. As I was racking up my first win, a friend I referred joined and began a several hour play at Club Dice. Neither of us has been credited the bonus after 6 or 7 emails and as many calls. The run around is HORRIBLE. THe first reason was one we could take, I had a pending withdrawl. Now, all we hear from the support staff is they forwarded it to management for review - for 2 weeks! There is no way to speak with management, and when I requested that one of their representatives told me if I didn\'t like it - go play at another casino. SHe couldn\'t do anything. I couldn;t believe it. THe shame is we both liked playing, but really feel deceived.

I don’t get all these guys that complain about the bonus. It’s a bonus, you can play more! Some places don’t even offer one! I personally enjoyed this particular site because of the great bonus.

Think that $500 SIGN-UP bonus is too good to be true??? YOU BET!!! I recently opened an account with Club Dice Casino using their current promotion. That is, make an initial deposit of $300 and they give you a $500 bonus. Yeah, right. OK, $800 showed up in my account, but after entering the casino, I learned that their table games did non include 7-Stud, which was the reason I entered the casino. So I played a few hands of blackjack and made about $20 and then tried to cash out my initial deposit plus winnings. WRONG. They won't give me MY MONEY until I wager over $3,200 in the casino. It's MY MONEY, DAMMIT! And the $500 bonus. They never pay that, no matter what. That's just money they put in your account to give the illusion that you're winning. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP THE $500 BONUS NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU PLAY - NO MATTER WHAT!!! They are deceptive and crooked. BEWARE!!

After a misunderstand the casino finally agreed to pay me the $1000 bonus they promised me.
This problem arose from,I believe lack of communication between their various departments.
This area could be improved on.
The end result however was satisfactory to everyone.

I recently won over $3000 at Club Dice and it was payed direct to my bank account without any trouble at all. I'm quite new to online gambling, but I am very impressed with the software and the customer support service. I would definitely recommend this casino.

I made a 2 purchases about 2 months ago for $100 each. Club Dice decided they wanted 4 $100 purchases and there was 4 $100 holds on my debit card. I called and they said there was nothing they could do until I got my statement. Well a few days later the money was back in my account but the damage was done. 1 bounced check and one returned debit costing me a total of $93. Did I get it back? NO. I have been getting the run around for two months but no satisfaction or refund at all. In fact they offer NOTHING. This is the second time this has happened with them. Bad Bad customer service.
Dont play here unless you have a lot of patience for ignorance.

I really don´t know what you are talking about William. The casino isn´t slow at all. perhaps your connection is? I played there two times. Support was ok (there is way worse support out there). perhaps you should explain why this casino is crooked?
