" "Not fair to base judgement until we've played there." I have and your support is the worst I've EVER seen. I have been ignored over and over regarding bonuses and now regarding a payout. I tell casino goers, beware of this one. I just want what is owed to me. They tell me they can't even access my account information. I have every single email. When I go to CashCheck I can sure access it, why can't they? Terrible Terrible Terrible Customer Service. They don't even apologize for the inconvenience. "
