The un-named commentor from October has a few things incorrect.
FAQ are availible on every page (in the bar at the top of the page).
Customer service offer live chat if you dont wish to email (cheaper than phoning Australia!).
There are 4 methods of withdrawal for UK players, you are not limited to cheques via the post.

Lasseters is a terrible casino. I shall tell you why. If you live in europe you have to wait 3 weeks for a cheque to arrive.That is the only way of withdrawal to start off with.This is even though they have done a id check and you have deposited money using a credit card.Their bonus $100 binds you to such terms and conditions its not even worth doing. You have to turn over £10,000 when you have £200 which is madness. They don't have phone support they don't have frequently asked questions. You have to email them for every single thing you want to know and wait for a reply.Their customer service and their so called 'bonus' money is their to rip you off. If you are from europe stay well away from this casino at all costs.
