Exactly the same story as Mario. Miracle 20s 21s for dealer, not busting very often on bad upcard, etc etc. I wagered over $3000 (mostly $2-3 dollar bets) and lost about $200. It's possible (although highly unlikely) to run that bad. In my opinion their blackjack software is just rigged. Golden Palace has a 300% signup bonus, Its to good to be true, I should have known beforehand.
Important: they have different peeking rules to check for blackjack, which means you shouldnt split eights when dealer is showing an ace or a ten. And you shouldnt split aces when dealer shows ace.

When i had 20 , it was almost everytime a tie(if he didnt make 21...) the dealer never busted out on a starting hand like 4, 5 etc , no he made his 21`s with it lmost the hole time Needles to say that i always busted...
after around 15 hands losing in a row , i became a bit suscipious and started counting, after that i was able to win 8 out of like 50 more hands that i played , i did not wi a single dowuble down (i only double at 10`s or 11`s if the dealer does not have an 10 or an ace).
I`m done wioth them, i`m just unhappy i havent found this page before!

When I first started playing on GP i was winning and getting my checks as they promise. But then GP change their games and told me that they had a new site and now I never never win..I get my bonus as promise but that's it...As soon as I start winning the site go downs soem techincal problems..i have been playing straight almost everyday for about 5 months and have yet to win....I advise you to save your money as I will do the same...i work to hard to get ripped off and this is really sad because I have been playing with them for over 2 years and now they want to be unfair....stay away, something is not right

I put $150 and they matched $150. I brought it up playing BJ to $650. Yes they did ask for ID. I got my winnings no problems within 10 days. I am surprised at these negative feedback. Maybe I was just lucky this time.

I've played on Golden palace poker for about 3 years now, and now I am officially done! I bought in for $100 3 years ago. And my account balance has fluctuated from $2000 down to $0. (When I hit $0, I play freerolls until I cash.) About a month ago I was at about $800. My game of choice is $1/2$ no limit. Recently I've started seeing an unusual amount of amazingly bad beats. I started seeing awful plays end up winning. This site tracks your hands so I can tell you that I have played over 3/4 of a million hands in 3 years. This last weekend, my account was busted on 3 hands.
The first of 2 happened within an hour of each other. Both times I had KK and was put all in or I raised another player all in with AA. IN OVER 750,000 HANDS IT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME! I had not even been on the winning end of that. Then the last hand, I had $300 in the small blind. I had A 10 Everyone folded so I riased the BB to $5, the BB then raises me to $20, I call. The flop come out A 10 3 rainbow. I come out and bet $50, then the BB riases me to $100. I thought the BB might have AA, 10 10, or 33. But being on tilt from the previous beats with my KK I go all in with a $170 riase. THe BB thinks for a moment and Calls. Cards flip, and he turns over a dispicable J 7 Offsuit. No draws, nothing. The turn and river come out running 7's for a set of 7's. How in the living hell can anyone make that call?
So anyway, I am done with this site, and I would reccomend other players stay far away from this site! I thought this was a good site for some time. But I am sure this site is rigged based on what I've seen over the past few months. I know when playing online poker you play MANY MANY MANY more hands than live poker, so you are bound to see alot of strange hands. But for the last few months its just been happening way too much.

Golden Palace Casino will simply not pay winnings as promised. They require fax I.D. and keep asking for more. The site is a rip off and customer service is in India,forget it!

Still they keep telling me they can't verify me from all this information and that I have to sumbit more.
They were however happy to take 2 further deposits from my neteller account prior to this cashout process becoming a fiasco.
I've kept all correspondence from them and the place is a disgrace, it takes up to 48 hours to get a response.

In 6 months I lost 20K. Never won anything. As soon as you start doing good on Black Jack, dealer starts getting 20s and black jacks. These guys are very snicky! Stay away from them!

BEWARE: I bought in for $50 and received a bonus of $150. Played it up to $270 and then had a long long losing streak and lost countless hands with the dealer getting 20's, 21's and Consecutive BlackJacks.

I was up about $475 and all of a sudden I couldn't win a hand while playing the same system. Not to mention, when I pressed my bets it took considerably longer to get my cards dealt! Same with Craps. As soon as I started winning a substantial amount, it started taking longer and longer for the dice to actually be rolled after I had clicked on the roll symbol. My mistake because I did not research beforehand. Beware.

I really wished Golden Palace would stop doing this kind of advertising on sports events. Stop annoying people with this kind of ridiculous behaviour. I used to play at the casino because I had my fun there. But I stopped doing it BECAUSE of their streaking events.

I dropped $2200.00 here before I got smart. The most I was ever up was $300.00 and after that I dropped $1300.00 in about 15 minutes. The funny thing was I couldn't lose in the practice mode, I mean I won large amounts of fake money. I am just glad I found this review site because it seems like no one wins here.

When I called customer support and WOW they where rude. They pushed me around and treated me like a red headed step child. Forget about the 200% because you have to give up your rights as a citizen to get that. Well good luck anyway

Golden Palace is a very good casino. The graphics are good and they have live dealer games. I won $500 on it.
