I played blackjack with $1 bets and got up to $70 profit using the martingale system. Then all of a sudden the dealer kept coming up with these incredible hands like 20, 21, and five BlackJacks. This never happened in fun mode.

After investing $100 with GP, I attempted to cashout when I reached $1450. They informed me that I apparently hadn't met my "contract obligations" and subtracted $1200 from my profit. Thanks alot!

I love it here! I have won tons of money, more then any casino online so far. I play the slots and keno, both won big for me. Plus I get my checks in the mail and I get them pretty fast!

There is something wrong when casinos show up on my comp and I never downloaded them! But far more suspicious is when I try to unistall a casino (Golden Palace) and it prompts me to choose continue if I wish to continue the uninstall and the "continue" choice is not displayed. What do I have to do to get rid of this plague on honest society? Just a side note- an anoymous comment has no weight to it. If you are going to give me a review, step up to the plate. Only then will the money that has been conned from you will not be lost in vain. Especially shady are GOOD or FAVORABLE reviews that are anoymous-wouldnt you want the casino to know exactly who wrote it? Id put my account number and home phone if that were the case.. To all dishonest operations and con jobs-come on out to my car -I want to show you something......An eye for an eye-and then some.

Oh My god!!!! I wished I had seen this sooner. I played blackjack for a while, and couldn\'t believe how much I lost compared to a real casino. I then requested my money back, but I now have to send them all these documents (which I don\'t trust them with), to get my money out of them. Forutnately it\'s a small amount (under $200). Is there anything we can do legally against these people?

this place is crap. Totally rigged. Can't win a thing, even on roulette when I put $1 on everything but one number to check it out, every time it landed on the one number I didn't put anything on. Lost a bunch of money on this place. Load of crap.

Yeah, Golden Palace sucks ass. In Blackjack, you get 20, dealer gets 20 or 21 nine out of ten times. Shady Shady Shady.

I have been trying to get my money out since June 2004. I get the same crap that they never got my documents and then depending on who you talk to they say "yes we recieved them but we need more" I am still waiting for my money. THEY DON'T PAY!!!DON'T sign up with them!! They are black listed on many sites as problem casinos

This casino is real TROUBLE!!! if you want to withdraw money watch out. I am still waiting over 6 weeks to receive payment and have jumped about every hurdle possible. I have e-mailed them my ID documents god knows how many times. But suprise they never receive them.

I have been having the same problem with them. They ban my account for no reason and now they will not give me my money. I have been through all of their hoops and now they want me to go through net teller, refusing to cut me a check. They are crooks and I caution anyone signing up for this site!!!

I am rxperancing the same problem. every were i check they say golden palace is the best but dealing with them has been one hurdle after another. They want me to copy all my info including my id bank stament and credit card. Is this normal? When I asked the allready extremly rude cusstomer service person he told me, "well i dont make up the rules ok" I replied," well thnks for the help" he then just hung up on me.I hope to eventualy get my money and some sort of explanation and appolgy would be nice.

They are a rip off, they never pay you. Though, the folks are pretty easy to beat there, it might as well be play money. As nobody gets paid.
