The only negative thing is waiting 4 business days before a cashout is processed, but that is the case in every playtech casino. The support is very helpful too. " Never make a mistake and play at this casino. I chatted live with an operator before depositing any money, and he offered me a 225% matchup bonus by usung Alternative Methods (no checks or debit cards). Before accepting his offer, I asked him about wagering requirements, and he said, "8 times bonus plus deposit, which would amount to $2800." I asked him if the bonus is cashable after wagering requirements, and he replied, "yes, it is withdrawable". I accepted the offer and deposited $100. I received $225 in bonuses. After I completed the wagering requirements ($2800), I was unable to withdraw. My balance at that moment was $390. I went to chat live again, and I asked the operator (a new one this time) why I cannot withdraw. He replied, "you have to wager bonus plus deposit 20 times, which would amoun to $6500." So I went back to play, saying to myself that the first operator must be new or uninformed. After I completed the wagering requirements ($6500), I was unable again to withdraw one cent. My balance at that moment was $225 (the total amount of the bonus I received!). So instead of chatting again with idiots, I wrote an e-mail to Customer Support, and here was their reply, "...all play bonus credits are for wagering purposes only and cannot be cashed out. Upon a withdrawal request, any amount up to the equivalent value of the play bonus will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement." A bunch of crooks, don't you agree? "

" I would avoid this casino along with so many others. I'm a big gamer, wager thousands every month in different casinos online. I don't think any of them are above some kind of shady operations but Del Rio straight up ripped me off. In Gold Rally video slot I hit the bonus round, got to pick off the map five times and won over $1100. Upon returning to the game, it said I had won only $740. The game history was totally wrong too. It indicated I had selected 6 times from the bonus treasure map, four times of which said were $80 prizes. I sent in the game codes and detailed letter but they would not admit fault in their game. Needless to say, they lost this big spender and anyone else I can direct away from them. "
