These guys are troublesome. It is nearly impossible to get your money back from them (they charge for credit card reversals) and all of their customer support representatives speak such poor english that you need to repeat things numerous times. In addition to this, they must use really cheap outsourcing lines because I got cutoff like 4 times while trying to get them to release my money. I'm never, ever going back to these guys - since Bush destroyed US gambling I'm guessing they've gone straight downhill.

This site is amusing. I played the play money tables for about 3 days, and I took screenshots of:
1 royal flush
5 straight flush
3 four of a kind
----------
In real life, I have seen one straight flush and 0 royal flushes in 7 YEARS of playing real poker.
So, I decided to try the cash games. They are just as ridiculous. I don't know if they rigged it or not, but I always win by hanging around with crappy cards, and lose way too often by playing correct poker.
My initial deposit was $30, I built it to $140 in 1 day, and in 2 days, it was down to $44. I experienced so many ridiculous hands:
Hole cards: KK
Opponent: 75
Raise 6xBigBlind (why does the moron call?)
Flop: 7JK - I bet 18xBB - he calls
Turn- 5 - I go all in - he calls
River- 7 - I show three of a kind, he shows a full house.
That's just one example of the numerous ridiculous hands I have saved in my pokertracker. I grinded my bankroll to $50 with Sit-n-Go's (minimum to withdraw from PP) and will NEVER play this site for real money again.
If you plan to have fun with amazing hands, this is a cool site. If you want to earn money or play real poker...
FOR GOD'S SAKE STAY AWAY!
Or, don't believe it and learn it the hard way. You will be stunned at the odd hands this site's "random number generator" generates.

Party poker has positives and negatives. On one hand, they have attractive bonuses. On the other hand, if you forget to put your phone number in, they will request your personal Identification (i.e. Driver's licence) to be faxed or Emailed. Personally, I would find this to be quite an evasion of privacy. I know this because a friend had to deal with the company about six months ago. It was a pain to cash out because they would freeze your account until there was a copy of personal ID. As an unfortunate victim of ID theft, I would be outraged for a site to get a copy of your Drivers Licence. Anyway great comment site! Keep up the good work!

i have recently signed out of party poker and party casino due to overspending and personal control issues lol .. but i have cashed out of this site a number of times, and with very high success have been paid almost immediately (72hours through usemybank) ive recently (due to lack of control lol) been searching for other similar sites on the internet with no success. i have tried to cash out on a number of sites and had many troubles. You may get beat a lot on the river but they do pay well .. to me anyways and i highly reccomend for there payouts. the monkey game in the slots is cool too :)

I'm going to go with the growing consensus that something is amiss at Party Poker. I just cashed out my bank roll (up a few hundred, but it could have been much more). After each deposit the winning streaks were good. After some time passed the string of heinous beats began.
Pre-flop, I'm short stacked and go all in with AA. I get called by 8-10. He flops a full house. It happens, right?
I'm short stacked with AA and go all in. I get called by a 3-5 off suit. He catches a straight on the river. It happens, right?
I flop trip 3s while short stacked. The first to act goes all in. I call. I have his AA beat and an ace hits on the river. It happens, right?
A short stack (not me) goes all in with A-K off suit, I call not knowing what he has with A-8. I catch trip 8s. It happens, right?
I've been keeping data for the past month, and on all ins the underdog hand is winning the majority of the time. This is a small sampling, but after eating 3 such beats like this in a row, I will not be going back to Party Poker.

Anybody that reads this, hasnt played on party poker and is considering it needs to stay away. I dont need to say that its bad or rigged, just present the facts. The main argument against the rigged argument: there are so many hands played that bad beats will happen. This is true, but when I am getting 2-3 bad river beats (having at least 80% chance of winning) an hour, there is reason to believe that something else is going on here. How many times does someone need to lose $90 with AA against 45 to realize this. I took beats like this day after day until I finally ran into the worst one yet. Holding 10\'s against A8, the flop comes 10 8 4. After both of us were all in (and mind that this person had only a few thousand more chips than me in a tournament, which is consistent with all the accusations that party poker favors the big stack to get players out quicker so that they can get more rakes) I found myself with a 99.6% chance to win. Of course, the turn and river were both aces. No one needs to go through this, but if you are a new or bad player and like to put your money or chips in consistently with the worst cards, then this is the site for you.

Party Poker is a terrible site, one time i was playing in a really big tournament, and there were 403 players left, i go all in with my pocket 8s, and some amateur calls me with ace queen and hits a queen on the flop! I'm a 53 percent favortie going into that hand and I get burned like that! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind Party Poker is rigged! Jerkwods!

I think Party Poker is a great website. If you love the game of poker and want to play internet poker simular to your so called home games come to PartyPoker.com. LOL NoT PP is rigged and do u notice everytime you seem to get up in cash here comes the 2 outter on the river woohooo. A funny thing is I see myself as a great card player in real life and so do other's I beat ppl to pots I beat ppl out of pots. The first time ive put money into PP I have used my moms credit card and memorized her last 3 digit number on the card. It started losing $200 and telling my mom opps sorry mom i kept pressing the deposit button n it gave me 200 ill cash it out. But that was a lie instead i get beat low straigthflush to high straight flush, AA vs KK vs QQ vs JJ and some great card player calls with a 56 suited with 4 all ins ahead of him n flops a flush are u serious of course im the one with aces. Well im not going to site her n have a conspicuous consumption about my bad beats all you need to know is i lost 2k on her credit card n i gave her 50 bucks to start with n now im grounded from tv computer outside checkers hop scotch trnys and everything i love pp has ruined my life. This cite is ether rigged or rediculousy insane! Another thing is I advise good players stick to trnys n trnys only! but On that note y is it that every 1000 man trny takes 4 to 5 hours to finish u never see them take like 2 to 3 hours or 6 to 7. this cite is rigged n every one that doesnt know that your money will be played haveing fun no doubt, but dont worry your money will be India's money soon n they can buy some more gastations here in LA, I mean soon you will see kabbistann and rakishi in rap videos of all the money were giving them."NO JOKE" this cite is rediculous party poker is rigged n set up.

I agree with most of the statements mentioned above. Escpecially the one where you do really well after a deposit, then lose everything very fast. I consider myself pretty good in real life and win most of the time. I always suspected it was rigged but am now convinced it is after losing a few thousand. The reason I'm convinced, is the fact that PARTY POKER IS BASED OUT OF INDIA AND YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RECOURSE AND THEY HAVE NO LAWS GOVERNING THEM.
Something to chew on.

PP is a house of lies. Its punk after punk. You can have a full house on the flop and magically someone catches a better one on the river - EVERYTIME! PP is such rigged scam. You can flop 4 of a kind and lose to 4 of a kind higher, seriously.
The reason Party Poker is called Party Poker is because the owners are sitting back having a 10 million-dollar a day, year-round champagne and blow party on your dime. If you play there after your first or second buy-in youre a sucker!

Good beats or bad (and I agree whole-heartedly that my stretches of fantastic cards followed by terrible cards seemed all too coincidental), the complaints of Customer Service are my major complaint. I've noticed that tournaments, especially freeroll tournaments (funny, they don't make money on freeroll tournaments, no wonder they're not there) will be there in the morning and then suddenly disappear at night. I wanted to play a freeroll tonight, but the registration hadn't opened yet so I left and came back two hours later to register. But the tournament was gone. I've registered for tournaments before, then returned to play only to find them gone as well. I emailed Party Poker with my concerns and got a response that made no sense. I emailed back and was told they could not answer my questions. I emailed a third time and they told me I couldn't be helped unless they knew my account name. Then they said they forwarded a reply to my email account on file, but I never got it.
I was frustrated because I really wanted to play tonight, and I thought for a moment about depositing so I could play. Then it hit me. That's exactly what they wanted me to do. So forget it. After reading these reviews coupled with the horrible treatment, I'll never play Party Poker again.

PP is rigged. Somehow, some way. Not always by PP, but poker BOTS. How many tables can you play at once, honestly??? Check out some players sometime, they are playing 20 TABLES!!
Also, check this out. Play 6 hours on a regular table and just keep track of bad beats. Then play a Bad Beat table for 3 hours and see what happens.
I have played 1000's upon thousands of games of Hold em at REAL tables over many years. Party Poker is rigged!! And there are cheaters!! And so are many sites.
Suggestion, play real poker with your friends and take their money. Don't let Party Poker take yours!

Party Poker is not rigged! That is ridiculous and here is why- When you play online poker, hands are generated so fast that you can literally play thousands a day. The odds are you will see some crazy hands if you play that much. Those same "crazy" hands occur in real life with the same frequency. The reason you don't experience them as much is because you are only able to play, on average, 30-40 hands an hour. It would take days to play as many hands in real life as it would at partypoker. It is not rigged, it is just online poker.

I noticed it right when I began playign Party Poker and throughout playing on the site. Party poker will often deal two individuals monster hands, one slightly bigger than the other. I am well aware of this as a normal occurance in poker, but the frequency of this happening on Party Poker is beyond belief. The risks involved in Party Poker are much greater than that involved in live poker. In my opinion, if you're a good poker player and u want to win money on Party Poker, stick to tournaments. The beats aren't as bad as you progress in them because the worse players get eliminated and it seems to me that the probabilities are more normal.

The big stacks usually beat the small stacks because the big stacks are usualy the 'house players'. This site is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. If you want to be cheated out of your hard earned $$ in a very manipulated mannor play at Party Poker.

So I was limping along with my 7 to 8 thousand points, then I sign on tonight, get a big freakin download, and once it was done, I can't find the players/room roster so I could play. I only do free play, BTW.
And, I've had 2 or 3 fabulous hands since I started playing, once a royal flush, the site suddenly had "connection lost" happened me at the last bet time, second, 4 aces, exactly the same thing happened, and third, a straight flush, and the same thing happened.

i tink pp is rigged for a couple of reasons not only the bad beats and the hands played but also i was looking for a table in the beginer section for 10nl and one minute there was none then the next there was 3 filled with 1 waiting i also noticed that there would be the same couple of people playing no matter what time i played also i seen where they where they where from and i tried to ask them questions about it and nobody answered i think that since it is offshore they have offshore people playing for them so they put you in a room and your the only one playing 4 real money they r just doing they job

Get 10 of your friends to sit at the same table on (party poker)like i did. tell each other what you are holding. you will be amazed at what cards will show up in the river. if you were dealing real cards they would never come up. I was the chip leader holding A,3, and a friend with low chips had A,A, we went all in, I won with three 3\'s. This happened 90% of the time for the chip leader. I emailed (party poker)and their statement was that...if it had been a real money table, that would not have happened...well, what are they doing...getting people to think that they are real card sharks and should get into a real money games ....that should be illegal! I will not play cards on party poker ever! my friends have discontinued their play and I will continue to tell anyone who will listen that this (Game) at (PP) is way, way, way off from real cards and should be avoided if you intend to gamble with real money.

Well said Jonathan! I use Partypoker (and others) myself. Sometimes I lose, sometimes I win. But when I win, do I look for places to post my (positive) experience? Nope. I donīt. Or did you ever write about how nice a poker room is, Lou?
In fact, I think I should start doing that. Places like this one here are a nice thing to use but become more and more useless once they are being flooded with one-sided opinions only.

Posting comments like "Look at what the others are posting" is rediculous by its own right - a person who wins and is happy about a poker room or casino will not "do a search on google" to see where he can post about his or her experience.
Losing at poker is, believe it or not, part and parcel of the game. Everybody has good and bad streaks.. the trick is to learn when to stop playing for the day.

I\\\'m sorry....But something is fishy about Party Poker. It CANNOT just be a \\\"coincidence\\\" that when you make a big deposit or sign up you get this incredible run of cards only to have that followed up by terrible cards and terribly bad beats.
There is no way I\\\'m a +$900 player one day and a -$800 player the next.
The amount of 1 hole card flushes is staggering...especially on all ins.
It\\\'s just incredibly strange to have an amazing(and I mean AMAZING) run of cards and then go absolutely stone cold.
I\\\'ve never seen 27 off and 25 off or 23 SO MANY times.
All these stories - combined with my own experiences and the experiences of several close friends I\\\'ve known for YEARS....cannot just be written off as whiners and complainers.
Do yourself a favor - Go to Party and drop a decent sized deposit on them $200 or maybe even more.
See what happens......
Watch the great cards come hard and fast.
Watch yourself nail 2 outers on the river, flop nut flushes, bluff with 27 off and watch yourself flop a BOAT to win a big pot.......
Then run to the Cashier screen and \\\"take the money and run\\\".....because the bad cards, bad beats, and suckouts are coming soon!
You\\\'ll get so used to looking at 24off you\\\'ll want to bang your head against your keyboard.
Also take the time and do a Google search and look at the same stories repeated over and over again.

Well, I for one think something is wrong at Party Poker.
To start, I\'d like to say that I know poker is not an easy game. Sometimes you get the cards, sometimes you don\\\\\\\'t. Bad beats happen, and it\\\\\\\'s part of the game. You\\\\\\\'ll never....NEVER hear me whine from being beat from my own bad play or the occasoinal bad beat...it\\\\\\\'s part of poker.
That being said, the impossible run of bad beats I\\\\\\\'ve had transcends bad luck into the real of stupidity. It just can\\\\\\\'t happen. The bad beats were coming so much that I mentioned to a friend that something was wrong at party poker and asked him if he though it was rigged or not. After that run of bad beats and getting off some uneasy feelings off my chest, I started a diary of the bad beats. You string them together and they are impossible to occur......they just can\\\\\\\'t. Ask your local statistics expert.
Since starting the log, this is whats beat me (and, these are ONE TIME all-in\\\\\\\'s during a sit & go table game....this is not me being beat after calling 5 all-ins......JUST ONE)
Dec 24: I have A, K....against A, 8 all-in. I lost to trip 8\\\\\\\'s.
Same game: I have KK...against 9, Q. Iose heads up all-in to a straight...10(s), 6(h), J(s), 8(c), 4(s)
Dec 24: I have A, K...against A, J....lose to a pair of Jacks Q(h), J(s), 2(s), 7(c), 4(c)
Dec:25: I have A, Q....against Q, 10.....lose to another straight.....J9c), 4(d), 8(c), 4(s), 9(c)
Dec 25: I have 8, 8 against Q, 9...I flop trip 8\\\\\\\'s and after HUGE raises to shake out the table, the person that stuck around with a Q, 9 wins on a straight on the river.
5 high-odd, dominating hands, all a loser as soon as I press \\\\\\\"ALL-IN\\\\\\\"
There were the 10 or so similar all-in losing hands before I started the diary.....about 15 loses in a row when \\\\\\\"all-in\\\\\\\".
This is more than bad luck, any mathmatician will tell you that.
All statements are entirely my opinion only.
Think what you want, but beware.

Party poker has bad beat after bad beat. Unless you are playing on the bad beat tables. Watch the bad beat game sometimes. They usually win with 2 pair or straights but other tables consistently have 4 of a kind, straight flushes or royal flushes. They teach people to chase the hands to build the pot for pp take from the table. The odds of hitting the hands that people hit at party poker don\'t even come close to real world odds. I was in the big blind with 9 10 suited. Nobody raised and I stayed in. The flop comes up 6 7 8 with 2 spades. Another player bet $5 and I went all in for $28. He calls. He had Q 3 off suit. The Q is a spade. It comes runner runner spades and I lose to a flush. That is typical bs of partypoker. Anyone who thinks partypoker wouldn\'t cheat for small money is stupid. Thousands of hands are played per second and if the take on the pot is built up even by an average of $1 per pot then party pokers take is increased by thousands per second.

Is party poker rigged?
Pre-flop: I have Ace King suited spades in the $100/NL game.
Stakes are raised to where each person puts in 22 dollars before the flop. 3 people went in including myself.
First 3 cards on table goes. Ace, King, 8. All differnt suits. I raised it 10 thinking 66 dollars is enough from one hand and that the other two would fold right away. Well, one very smart person folds and the other re-raises me. Now me and the other guy has each put in 80 dollars each. On the fourth flop comes out a 5 which is unsuited from the rest of the deck as well. This mysterious person who stayed keeps on raising it until we're both all-in before the river flop.
up until this point, no flushes, straights, or anything could possibly beat what i had unless they somehow had a pocket ace king 9 or 5. Even if they had pocket 5's it would be highly illogical for them to stay for the 5.
River card: 3
Turns out this guy had pocket 3's the entire time. went all in two flops before a three or a chance of winning even was there. To me, it was as if he knew the river card coming out before it even did.
Some might say, its just a "gut" feeling... COME ON MAN WHAT KIND OF GUTS DID HE HAVE?
This was only one of the copious amounts of rigg-felt experiences that i've gone through. Some people might say "thats because random things happen in poker". well for me, the only randomness about partypoker is how randomly illogical and unlikely things happen so often where the real live player is the one that always gets the loss.
So you decide... think about your experiences with party poker... is party poker rigged?
For me, there is no question or doubt that it is rigged.
People say "they are so big already what could they gain from little 50-100 dollar profits?". Well don't think about party poker as a whole, think about it as a system, maybe the high salaried people of party poker dont care, but the people they write checks to that has the access or ability to randomize hundreds of rigged wins in their favors, they could possibly retire after rigging it for a week.

I am an expert poker player. I have won over $25K at various online sites. I have won money at Party. So I am not a loser just here to complain.
Having said that, despite logical business reasons against not being random, I truly beleive Party Poker has a serious isue with their RNG, and stopped playing there. I was losing many, many 5-1 and better odds hands. I'm not talking starting hands, I'm talking heads up after the flop...like a set of 8's all-in on the flop losing to AA...A rivered. KK overpair all-in after the flop losing to river A (vs a2 offsuit). And I'm not talking occasionally, but often.
I have over 2000 hours now of online poker...no other site has shown me the bs cards I see @ Party.
