Chartwell Technologies has been around for a long time now, opening their doors in 1998. They have become a very well respected brand known for its sophistication and professional look and feel.

With this platform, you get the choice of either playing their download version or directly in your browser by playing their flash version. Both are extremely good and play smoothly. I personally only play the browser version when it is Java based, but that is a personal taste issue and not a quality issue.

They do have a mobile version which is Java basedbut I have yet to try it as I do not have a mobile phone which is suitable for their software.
