888 wager-through adverts challenged

Billboard adverts in London public spaces promising free-play action at 888 online casino have been found to be misleading by Britain’s Advertising Standards Authority following a challenge from the public.

The challengers complained that the free-play incentive was misleading because there was a wager-through requirement attached to winnings…a restriction that the advertisement had not made clear and specific in its brief footnote that terms and conditions applied.
