Mybet sells off Italian operation

mybet Holding SE has sold off its loss making MYBET ITALIA S.R.L. entity by way of a management buy-out to the company’s managing director Gianluca Torricelli.

The sale forms part of a restructuring process as mybet attempts to increase profitability by focusing clearly on core markets.

The consideration was undisclosed.
