Cameo Casino is probably one of the lesser known Playtech Casinos but is operated by the Casino Partners group who has been in existence for 6 years now and are behind the success of well known names like Vegas Red Casino and Casino Tropez and is starting to come into its own within the market.

Having visited all the other casinos in the group, I was particularly interested in taking a look at what Cameo Casino had to offer, especially because I've heard that this is definitely something for the ladies...

That was confirmed from the minute I laid eyes on the casino page...the words opulent elegance immediately come to mind. The site is well designed making use of rich chocolaty colors that create an air of decadence and luxury, also it well set out and keeps the advertising clutter to a minimum which always scores points in my book. Easy to use and navigate with sufficient information on hand, I was already drawn in when I decided to look over the promotional offerings at this casino.

Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offerings

Cameo Casino is currently offering a $500 Welcome Bonus, now before you get all excited, you don't get all $500 up front. The bonus is effectively split up over 6 deposits as follows: $100 free on your first deposit, $200 free on your second deposit and $50 free monthly bonuses for up to 4 months. Moving on to the current promotional offerings, I was presented with what appears to be Thelma and Louise getting ready to drive off that cliff and the words "Free yourself with this instant bonus offer" which was a nice touch. But, movie nostalgia aside, there are terms and conditions to fulfill and having to wager your bonus plus deposit 12 times may just make you want to drive off that cliff afterall? Cameo Casino Download and registration

Cameo casino does not offer a no download casino, so you'll have to download the software. This is usually better anyway because it ensures that you get the benefits of the full casino version. The initial download application is approximately 368 KB but usually is larger once installed due to the additional games downloads.

The one thing I can say for Cameo Casino is that its games lobby is really carries through the feeling of luxury and elegance, it is truly magnificent and you feel like you're stepping into a real hotel/casino experience.

I decided to start off with the more masculine Table and Card games for a change and found myself gravitation towards the Roulette Tables which are high quality and very realistically presented ensuring that you'll have hours of fun, if you don't lose like I did! Other Table games on offer are Sic Bo and Baccarat. On to the Card games, I fought the urge to play "Tequila Poker" and down a shot every time I lost and also skipped over Red Dog, Pai Gow and Let it Ride Poker, tried my hand at Casino War but found that I'm more of a "peaceful" player and made my way to old faithful...blackjack, which incidentally offers Live dealers on select games. This does slow the game down but nevertheless, this turned out to be the right decision and I finally regained some of my initial deposit.

Moving on the Video Poker games, I played another of my favorites, Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better which allowed me to make enough to bankroll my Slots and Arcade play.

When it comes to Slots, this casino is definitely for the ladies, although I'm sure the guys would probably enjoy them too! Not able to resist, I immediately tried the Video Slots starting with my all-time favorite Cinerama, after quite some time I decided to move onto a game I'd never played before Desert Treasure which was a great deal of fun too!

To finish my experience I headed off to the "Casino Specials" which are arcade type games that are always a blast! Due to the fact that my bonuses was still pending I did not cash out, but looked forward to my next visit.

The Verdict

While this casinos is marketed as being "Made for women by women" I'm not convinced that it would appeal exclusively to just women...men would have just as much fun here I'm sure!

This casino is a great casino to play at and I really have no complaints but just make sure you read all of the terms and conditions for promotions and bonuses. I'm sure you'll enjoy it just as much as I did.
