Casino Las Vegas marked my first visit to a Playtech powered casino, and I was very interested to see how the software, promotional offerings and customer service compared with the other casinos out there.

At first glance, Casino Las Vegas does not inspire uncontrollable excitement like many other casinos do and is perhaps, visually a little too 'green' for my taste, but their reputation within the industry is one of excellence and once your eyes adjust, their impressive array of language offerings including English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish as well as their $400 Welcome Bonus is definitely a great deal larger than many I've seen and makes this casino all the more inviting...

It's all pretty much the same to me, so I went ahead and opted to download the casino even though you do have the option of playing on the no download Flash version of it, which was surprisingly quick and easy. I managed to download the entire casino and register a Real account in just under 5 minutes. I then moved on to play Video Poker, whose coin sizes range from $0.25 to $5.00 per hand, and are probably the most familiar to me. Their offering includes variants of Aces and Faces, Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better, which are all highly enjoyable and decidedly more profitable for me this time round than the slots had been.

After some time I moved on to the Card and Table Games which for me were the best games of the casino, and some of which include Live Dealers, which was definitely a treat and something out of the ordinary for me.

The contact I had with the casino support all the way through my game play was nothing short of outstanding and whenever I needed something or had a question, support was only a phone call, fax or e-mail away, with e-mails usually being answered accurately in around 10 minutes. This group genuinely seems to have your best interests at heart and always go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoy every minute of your gaming experience with them. This is particularly evident in their promotional offerings which include Treasure Chest Loyalty awards, surprise bonus offerings on regular play, and referral bonuses when you invite your family or friends to play at the casino.

After a truly positive experience all round and with all that this casino has to offer, including a truly unique design, entertaining games and outstanding service, I would definitely recommend this casino.
