Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offerings

You don't have to look far to come across the bonus and promotional offerings at Casino Mapau...they are literally plastered across the front page and it's difficult to know where to start let alone where your eye should focus!

They are currently offering Non-US Players a 200% Free Welcome Bonus whereby you have to deposit between $25-$100 and will then be eligible for 200% free. However terms and conditions do apply and as with most Playtech casinos, the wagering requirements are pretty high with a 50 times the total deposit amount needing to be wagered before making a cash-in. There are other conditions so please make sure you read them before accepting any of these offers.

In addition to these sign up bonus Casino Mapau also offers a variety of Fixed Promotions including their all New International Draw whereby you need to be online and playing every Thursday for at least 15 minutes between 12.01am and 7:45pm your time and you will stand a chance to win. Every purchase for the week prior to the draw gives you an entry and if the winner is not online and playing within the time period the jackpot rolls over and increases every time. Casino Mapau also offers a 4 hourly draw on a daily basis and once again, all you have to do is be online and playing for your chance to win. Every 4 hours a winner will be selected to win between $10 and $100 and upon winning, you will be notified and your account credited immediately.

Loyalty

Like most Loyalty programs, you earn extra cash at Casino Mapau for playing and you earn Comp points automatically which can then be redeemed for casino cash and are accumulated helping to raise your VIP level at the casino. The difference is that at Casino Mapau there are 10 VIP levels and the higher you get the higher your conversion ration of comp points is so you get more Dollars for your points.

Another thing that isn't really classified as part of the loyalty program but is a huge contributing factor for my loyalty here personally is Casino Mapau's continuous support of a number of charities. It just makes me feel better about spending my money here (I guess that's the point). But if you're going to be doing it anyway, something good might as well come out of it all. So here we go again...

Download and registration

Whilst I've played at Casino Mapau before and have the software stored on my PC, if you're starting out you will be presented with the option of playing in either Flash (no download) or the Download version of the casino. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Flash version I do recommend the download as it has more features and games and can only enhance your enjoyment.

Like most Playtech Casinos the download process is quick and easy and you shouldn't have any problem at all. After downloading the software you have the option of playing for real money or just for fun, giving you the chance to take a look at some of the casino games without putting real money on the table and this is a great thing to do if it's your first time at the casino.

Games Offering

Casino Mapau had a wide selection of games to choose from and you won't be disappointed unless you're looking for the Live Dealer games that other Playtech groups offer as Casino Mapau does not have these for some or other reason. But there are still all of your favorite Table, Slot and Video Poker Games to keep you occupied and amused for hours on end!

I decided to start off at the Tables and chose a game called "Blackjack Switch" which is basically blackjack with a twist and highly enjoyable. I was up and down a lot at this table and finally decided to move on to the Roulette where a bet on a whim (23 red) found me winning quite a substantial amount.

There are quite a number of Poker varieties on offer but I'm not skilled enough at poker to really enjoy it so I skipped over these and my eye wandered to the various Video Pokers on offer (which, strangely enough I do enjoy) and so I settled in for an hour or so of fun on Deuces and Jokers and then Joker Poker. I didn't exactly make money but my balance stayed the same and so I decided to move on to the Slots for some real fun.

I began my slot play with Enchanter's Gold a fantasy wizardry themed game that has multiple pay lines and some great rewards! I then moved on to the ocean themed Treasure Atlantis and was really lucky picking up €300 on my first few spins. And finally I moved my attention to the Sunny Progressive, which is unique to Sunny Group casinos. With a huge progressive jackpot on offer I could resist trying my luck. It's a simple one liner, where you have to bet max ($3) to have a chance at the progressive jackpot. The jackpot is won if you if you get all three wild 'sun' symbols on the line. Unfortunately I wasn't lucky this time, but it was still a lot of fun to try.

I couldn't leave the casino without playing my very favorite game "Derby Day" which is a simulated horse racing game where six horses race and you have an opportunity to bet on them...it's pretty realistic and a whole lot of fun, especially if you're in the mood for a change from the usual casino games.

My balance diminished somewhat on this game and I decided to call it a day. Cashout was fast and easy and within a day my money was back in my Neteller account.

Customer Support

Customer Support at Casino Mapau is highly innovative with a live help function being available from inside the casino lobby which is a nice tough. They also have live help, phone and e-mail support available 24/7 and I'm confident you will not be able to find any fault with their customer service...definitely some of the best I've dealt with.

The Verdict

Impressive is the word that springs to mind when you mention Casino Mapau...the games offering is good and the support is excellent as are the promotional offerings even though the bonus terms are not the most attractive.
