BAD!

BAD - this is all I can say about this casino!

This must be one of the worst experiences I have had at a casino for a long time: Well, it started right after I registered. I register and deposit $50 on Friday morning. I still have no confirmation of my registration or my deposit. I decide to play anyway. I try to load numerous of their games. I got either the error message that there was a connection error, so I could not play the game, or when a game did load, it said that I had inssufficient funds, even though my account balance said $50.

The only game that I could play was Oracle. A multireel nine line slot game. I managed to lose the $50 very quickly, but that is probably because I did not really care anymore. Max bet - spin - max bet - spin. I won a promotion at a different portal where they deposited $25 into my account at Good as Gold Casino. Again - no confirmation email to this regard. So, I try logging in again and - same problem, either could not connect or I had insufficient funds - even at the oracle machine this time.

I tried using their chat service - does not work. So I called Support. Here I was told that I should clean my cache everytime after I play at their casino. I told him that the problem occured the first time I played there, so it could not be my cache. He was not interested, and said "Sir, clean your cache, restart your computer and see if it works - if not, then call me again" So, I did. Same problem. Could not connect or insufficient funds. I called, and got a different operator on the line. "Sir, it definately has something to do with your cache..." At which I hung up. It had nothing to do with my cache. Mito also tried to play at the casino from a different computer and guess what? The same problem! BAD!

BAD BAD! I would stay away from this one.

UPDATE: 23 December 2002
I asked a friend to see what they could find out regarding the bad service and no email confirmation. The answer received, is that if you selected that you did not want any emails from them, you would not receive a confirmation of your deposit. This is REDICULOUS! One should receive a confirmation with every deposit - It is your receipt! Nothing was mentioned regarding the terrible and rude customer support!

Obviously because of this review, I have found both my players account and webmaster account no longer exist at this casino. Great way to try and sort this out, isn't it?

I met a Good as Gold Casino representative at the Amsterdam conference in April who promised me that he would look into this and find out what the issue was. I emailed him when I got home and I did get an answer saying that he was looking into the situation. It has been 2 months now - nothing...
