Paf Casino is a newer online casino in the industry, and it offers players an incredibly unique experience. It has an internally developed software package with games that can’t be found anywhere else online. Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offerings
Paf seems to change up their promotions on a fairly regular basis, although the casino itself is often left out of the equation. At Paf, Welcome Bonuses are available for Poker players with deposit bonuses up to 1,000 Euro, but that’s the only area of the betting site that seems to offer promotions, at least to date. With this Poker Welcome Bonus players are actually given an option on which one they’d like to receive. There’s a 20 Euro Bonus, eligible to players who have deposited at least 10 Euro; a 50 Euro Bonus, available to players who have deposited at least 25 Euro when making their first deposit; or a 200% deposit matching bonus up to 1,000 Euro. With this last bonus, money is earned based on the accumulation of player’s points, with 10 Euro released for every 200 points earned with a 75 day period.
Poker players can also earn a reload bonus, so even players who have already joined the casino have offers available on the table for them. The reload bonus is 200% up to 500 Euro on one deposit, and like the Welcome Bonus, is released in set intervals. The balance is displayed on the software as “pending balance” so players can see what they’ve got coming to them even before the money has been transferred to the account that they can use to play.
There are additional promotions like prizes which are available to players who try out the Bingo and Lottery games; currently on offer are a Playstation 3 and an iPod Nano, though of course, the prizes are subject to change! Paf doesn’t seem to have any loyalty rewards program established, which is a bit disappointing for those who want to play at the casino section of the site, since there are no real added incentives. But, as long as you’re someone who enjoys the Poker or Sports betting areas of the site you have plenty of options when it comes to additional reward options for joining.

The casino is web based, so this makes it easy for everybody to play. Especially Mac users! Simply register and all the casino games are at your disposal.
At first, it seems as if Paf only have a limited number of games to play at the casino, but then I realised that they have a section on the site solely dedicated to slots, which usually comprises most of the games at any casino. So all was good and all games were available.
Games
Paf offers a complete gaming experience, so players get something of everything no matter how they like to place some bets, or the games they prefer. Personally, I’m a big fan of the casino section at Paf, but there is also a Sports betting area, Poker, Bingo and Lotteries, Dice and Backgammon and other skill games.
All of the games at Paf have a demo option, which is a great way for players to get a feel for what’s offered. These games actually playable, but since you don’t need to have a login in order to access them, you can’t play for real money. I had decided to browse the games through the demo option before I played at the casino and found that the game variety was quite impressive!
Under the Slot games there are nearly 60 games to choose from. These include classic reel style slots, video slots and progressive and some of the names include Lucky Star, MegaJoker and Nordic Vikings. Customer Service
At Paf, it seems a lot of the effort has gone towards the gaming experience, because the Customer Support could certainly use some improvement. I’m used to playing at a lot of casinos where there is 24/7 support, often in multiple languages, and by phone, email or live chat. Paf has limited hours of Customer Service, meaning players in different time zones or those who prefer to game during more unusual hours are left out in the lurch. Paf’s Customer Support is only available between 10am and 7pm, and there is no live chat, just phone and email Customer Support.
That being said, when Customer Service is available, they do seem to be helpful, courteous, and do go the extra mile to make sure that players are satisfied, so it’s a bit of a compromise. Personally, when I wanted to inquire about available promotions, I found the wait for a response was a bit long, but was happy with the level of service that I received once they did get back to me.
