Contacting them is easy. You can either email them or phone them. I generally prefer emails, because that way you will always have a history of what was said. I suggest this with all casinos, it saves a lot of "He Said - She Said" situations. I use the phone when I need to confirm something quickly and then shoot off an email as well.
