If you win don’t expect your money back in a hurry or at all. After they email you with withdrawal forms to sign which takes about a week to get they stall on the information not being correct. They do not pay you all your winnings in one payment but in small instalments. You have to keep at them to get some money out of them, many emails and phone calls.
This has been going on for years and they pretend it is just a short term problem.
I believe this is so you keep playing your winnings.
The games are good and lots of choices but you are best to just play for free because if you win big you will be very disappointed.

That is my thought precisely. I had the same experience when I played grand 21 casino on line. I deposited 50.00 and played met all the requirements which in my case I had to play 30x in order to cash out. I was so excited and couldn’t believe I actually won. Did everything I was asked from the casino gave them copies of my drivers license front and back. A copy of my debit card front and back leaving the code in back covered as well as another peice of paper showing my physical address. I never thought anything of it and let them take care of the rest. That was until I noticed that weeks had gone by and decided to get in touch with the supervisor to find out what the hell was taking so long. Finding out they said I had cancelled my inquiry about receiving my money there for I forfeited all my winnings and they can do anything about it. I was heated. 2 months I went around with them and still I get nothing in return except I’m sorry.

I have been playing at grand reef online casino for some time now and only recently had a win of $500 that i could withdraw, this was nearly 2 weeks ago, I had to send them copies of my visa card, back and front, a copy of my phone bill, my drivers licence, my bank account number and BSB number, plus sign a copy of my casino deposits (about 25 signatures) I still have not received my money despite numerous contacts with online support, I have been fobbed off left right and centre and I am sick of it, they have got til this Friday to come up with the money, then t will be taken further. My experience with this casino is totally negative

I have deposited quite a few times and the most I have every won is $10 and then it gets gobbled up – yet when I play for fun, I win all the time, get lots of bonuses, lots of free spins – when playing for real money get hardly anything. I wouldn’t recommend this casino at all – the games aren’t great, I get sick of being ripped off by online casinos – I thought one in Aussie would be less risky but obviously not – the are all cheats.
