This casino is a rip off and I reccomend that you run the other way. I played, spent hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars over a 2 day period. (Spent about $500) and barely won anything over $2 This online casino is one of the WORST…and I would save my money and my time. I will never EVER play at this rip off casino again!

I played here.This is a great casino one of the bestI have played.The staff are very friendly and clear responses to any qoestions you may have.I havent played here in years but still remember this place as one of the best,and it reflects on the amount of complaints it lists here.:) we need more casinos like this,and less of the bad ones like coolcat.

I've played a lot of online roulette and this one has to take the cake for most obviously rigged. Over and over again I would lose if I increased my bet. They show stats for your session and they were so skewed EVERY time it was ridiculous. I lost $1000 plus their including the $300 bonus and warn people not to play here. They also called me unexpectedly while I was asleep at half past midnight to confirm my deposit.

Well – up until recently, Vegas Villa and Fortune lounge group was very fair – until they started messing up my points account. For three years if I maintained a certain status, I received bonus points – usually on a Monday. That suddenly stopped, though their program outlines showed that was still a perk they were to provide.
the nightmare came when I tried to contact them about it. Three agents had no clue what I was talking about, one did but couldnt fix it, and the rest were simply rude. Even after I proved (by sending a floormanager a copy of my statement for months previous showing the points awarded) I never got an apology for the runaround. I had them close my accounts – and I have spent thousands with them. Not again – it’s brick and mortar for me!
