" I strongly recommend people KEEP THEIR MONEY IN THEIR POCKET with this casino. 3 card poker in particular is very streaky. In 10 sessions, I had only 1 that finished with me ahead. The other 9 were all heavy losers with £600 dropped all in all. If you increase bet sizes you're guaranteed a long losing streak and it's not uncommon to lose 20 on the bounce which is ridiculous. Again, STAY AWAY, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO PLAY. "

On the rare occasion you should ever get a decent hand on a big bet, dealer doesn't qualify. Thirty maybe forty bets at £25 its paid out maybe twice. I'm sure the numbers of pay-outs to customers vs house is as you'd expect in terms of volume (e.g. you'll win 27 out of 30 hands) but in terms of £ you will always lose the big bets (you'll get 27 x £1 and the house gets 25 x £1 and 5 x £10). Give it a go and see. Absolutely BS its so predictable. "

" I agree with the other poster that the William Hill jackpots seem to pay out very seldom and I'm not happy with the lack of choice of games. Having said that William Hill casino have always paid me my money quickly and that's somethign I liek along with the fact that it is a big company and that I can easily place a couple of bets in between playing on the slots and blackjack. " I have to say that I don't believe William Hill Casino's are legitimate, they don't honour their Terms & Conditions nor do they verify that the player is of age. I'm 15 and they let me open accounts with all their casino's without once asking for proof of age. Even when I told them I was underage they still didn't close my accounts, I did that on my own when I realized they didn't.
When I requested my money back they asked for a copy of my Birth Certificate, which I supplied to them and they rejected it saying they couldn't verify it, but did ask me to provide them with my Driver's License. Being 15 I'm not of age to drive, but that doesn't seem to make a difference to them. To date I've sent them my Birth Certificate, OHIP Card, copy of Credit Card and my picture to no avail. William Hill's casino appears to have no ethics and supports underage gambling.
This has been going on for almost a month now, last week they informed me that they had closed my accounts, the same accounts that I previously closed.
When playing Roulette, I experienced the same results as noted by other players and have to agree that their casino is rigged. I took screen shots of all my bets and had a mathematician look them over. I was betting Odds & Evens and he informed me that the only way I could possibly receive the same results consistently is if the game was rigged. To bet Even 42 times in a row and not have one Odd number appear is against the odds. When I switched to Odds the same thing happened. I could understand it happening once, but over and over and over again is basically impossible.
My recommend would be to stay far away from William Hill Casino Group and Affiliates, you won't win and if you do you will only receive a portion of your winnings if that. Guess that's why their listed as rogue casino's.
