" Totally rigged !!! I have REPEATEDLY gotten high cards (Four Aces, Straight Flushes, Royal Flashes) when I play the comps (25 to 50 cents per hand on video poker. And get - normally - NOTHING when I bet 5, 10 or 25 EUROs per hand.
Also, their customer service consists of sneaky, manipulative and heavily lying people too.
I play on line since 1995 ! Trust me... I know a scam when I see one !!! "

" William Hill Customer Service - what can i say!!!
i have used this site for many years and a lot of deposited funds but as soon as i had aproblem that i dmit was some of my own doing in that i did not understand the withdrawl of funds after i had a £10.00 bonus in that i had to wager a further £812.00 before i could take out the winnings i had of £187.00 after a few spins on the Hulk machine.
they took the £187 and i ended up with just £50.00 i tried to reverse my mistake but with no joy and i rang their customer help line and went on line to discus direct but had same blanket answer - TOUGH.
They basically took the £137.00.
After much discussions an operative said the would pass on to senior management and i would recieve an e mail with their response ---
i will update this remark should i receive their response in next few days so in William Hills hands as to how they treat their customers. "

" Avoid The William Hill Casino at all costs, just lost a fair bit on there yesterday, i've now shut up shop and not going back. I joined up last week and spun roulette about 10-12 times a day with low bets, i seemed to be winnning, as soon as i upped the stakes yesterday for the first time especially putting a lot of money on 2nd 12 and 3rd 12 it always seemed to be landing in the 1st tweleve, it once landed in the 1st twelve 8 times in a row. I changed my bet to 1st and 2nd twelve and then it landed on 3rd twelve 5 times in a row. If thats not rigged then i dont know what is. I would also refrain from heavy betting as thats a sure way to lose as mentioned a few times above, the computer isnt silly and will have your money easily. When my balance got extremely low, i was behaving silly and putting it all on red or all in black which always won, i guess they were luring me back in, getting me to make a deposit as they thought i thought i was on a winning streak. I just counted my losses and took that money back! Avoid!! "

" I play the live Blackjack and can do really well, had no problems cashing out winnings, took 1 week from withdrawl to appear in my bank. But after a good few days I have noticed that no matter what table you play in, how many are in there whether it be full 7 seats,5 or 3seats you just can't get a win. The cards seem to be shuffled in perfect sequence for the casinos advantage every hand being 12-16 or the dealer showing a 3 to your 11 (when you think "finally" a win) you double down get a 3 and she hits the 20/21 and a real lack of high cards, and it's not just me thats losing it is most of the players.
Does anyone else notice this? I have just switched off and not gone back on those days and have a look the next to see what its like. I win on between £150-£300 a day when I play, but on these days I have won zero and left £££s down. My fault but when you play £25 bets give it 3 goes on a table if you don't get a win, move on to the next and so on, quicker to lose it than win it "

" I played online blackjack with willhill using software that tallied up which cards had been dealt. 24 aces were dealt out in under 200 cards which is very, very fishy (and the dealer got at least a dozen blackjacks in that time). "

" I have to say that I don't believe William Hill Casino's are legitimate, they don't honour their Terms & Conditions nor do they verify that the player is of age. I'm 15 and they let me open accounts with all their casino's without once asking for proof of age. Even when I told them I was underage they still didn't close my accounts, I did that on my own when I realized they didn't.
When I requested my money back they asked for a copy of my Birth Certificate, which I supplied to them and they rejected it saying they couldn't verify it, but did ask me to provide them with my Driver's License. Being 15 I'm not of age to drive, but that doesn't seem to make a difference to them. To date I've sent them my Birth Certificate, OHIP Card, copy of Credit Card and my picture to no avail. William Hill's casino appears to have no ethics and supports underage gambling.
This has been going on for almost a month now, last week they informed me that they had closed my accounts, the same accounts that I previously closed.
When playing Roulette, I experienced the same results as noted by other players and have to agree that their casino is rigged. I took screen shots of all my bets and had a mathematician look them over. I was betting Odds & Evens and he informed me that the only way I could possibly receive the same results consistently is if the game was rigged. To bet Even 42 times in a row and not have one Odd number appear is against the odds. When I switched to Odds the same thing happened. I could understand it happening once, but over and over and over again is basically impossible.
My recommend would be to stay far away from William Hill Casino Group and Affiliates, you won't win and if you do you will only receive a portion of your winnings if that. Guess that's why their listed as rogue casino's.

" It seemed pretty fine for me at the start but trust me, when they say fair gaming, it's really quite hard to believe. It is rigged. It knows what you are playing and how you are playing and it will just make you lose your money. For entertainment I'll give it 5 stars. For gambling, I'll give 0. "

" I strongly recommend people KEEP THEIR MONEY IN THEIR POCKET with this casino. 3 card poker in particular is very streaky. In 10 sessions, I had only 1 that finished with me ahead. The other 9 were all heavy losers with £600 dropped all in all. If you increase bet sizes you're guaranteed a long losing streak and it's not uncommon to lose 20 on the bounce which is ridiculous. Again, STAY AWAY, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO PLAY. "

" The casino hold em never pays out on bets over £5. You have two pairs it has three of a kind, you have three it has a full house. On the rare occasion you should ever get a decent hand on a big bet, dealer doesn't qualify. Thirty maybe forty bets at £25 its paid out maybe twice. I'm sure the numbers of pay-outs to customers vs house is as you'd expect in terms of volume (e.g. you'll win 27 out of 30 hands) but in terms of £ you will always lose the big bets (you'll get 27 x £1 and the house gets 25 x £1 and 5 x £10). Give it a go and see. Absolutely BS its so predictable. "

" Problems have been encountered in the live casino games. Money disappearing from system both money in play and monies withdrawn. There is nothing you can do about it because there is no 'paper trail' so to speak. Dealer percentage of 'fill in' of small cards to 21 in Blackjack has to be seen to be believed also.
William Hill, I thought had a good rep for being honest, however my trust was ill-conceived. From experience I would never play William Hill ever again.
You pays your money and takes your chances. "

" Will Hill roulette is totally rigged. I played for a few days and it looked absolutely fine and fair. I won about 3k, then requested to cash out 1k. After the cash out request, it went totally bonkers. Pretty sure it's rigged, can't imagine it was just a coincidence... "

" William Hill have got a fairly average interface to their games and haven't got that many games too choose from, but I still like playing at their online casino, for some reason I've always been fairly luck with them especially on the slots, long may that last ;-) "

" I agree with the other poster that the William Hill jackpots seem to pay out very seldom and I'm not happy with the lack of choice of games. Having said that William Hill casino have always paid me my money quickly and that's somethign I liek along with the fact that it is a big company and that I can easily place a couple of bets in between playing on the slots and blackjack. " I love this casino, perfect place for gambling. They've got some cool slots and I love their Blackjack games. Teh thing I like best with William Hill is how easy it to use, they must have one of the easiest interfaces of any online casino I've played at. Highly recomended. "

" sucks your money up like a hoover. millionaires jackpot has not paid out for 15 months, has become the biggest online jackpot and it's apparently random numbers and logic, not all the casino's involved making it the biggest jackpot for advertising then. any cryptologic casino is rigged, take your money for you won't have it long. "

" I only play live blackjack in the casino and you can make a fair amount of money, but you really need to have a fair amount to deposit in the first place. If you deposit £50 and play £5 0r £10 bets you will be there all day/night getting nowhere.Best strategy is to deposit as much as you can and play £20/25 bets and the balance will go up far quicker.I've learnt the hard way that u can lose it as quick also.So always have a target and leave at when you reach it.It takes them 4 days to process withdrawls and is in my bank in another 2 so 6 days later your winnings will be paid to you, never had a bother with that.NEVER EVER reverse your withdrawal during the 4 days processing. Trust me you will never get it back.I find you will only get 1 or 2 days a week where the cards are ace and you win win win the rest of the time it's a struggle and everyone seems to be losing.I have £600 on it's way to me from a stake of £168 and £120 still in play.So you can make a lot of money.
