Microgaming to create first ever slot tournament millionaire

The Isle of Man-based online gambling software provider Microgaming has launched a new ‘Grand Slam of Slots’ tournament which it claims will create the first ever online slot tournament millionaire.
Over the summer months, players from participating Microgaming-powered casinos will battle it out to secure a place in the final. The tournament winner will receive a record-breaking Euro 1 million and hundreds of other substantial cash prizes will be up for grabs.
The final will run over a nine-day period from 5pm GMT on Thursday 22nd October until 10pm GMT on Monday 2nd November 2009.  Players will be able to keep track of their progress via the tournament leader board and the top scoring player will win the main prize, becoming an instant Euro-millionaire in the process.
