Mutual fund takes a chunk of Playtech

Details are still sparse, but according to mandatory regulatory reports from Playtech plc, 10 percent of the stock has been snapped up by Fidelity International, a major mutual fund that currently manages over $211.8 billion for private individuals and institutions.
The Playtech notice advised that 24,031,139 of its ordinary shares had been acquired by the fund on Thursday last week.
