This site is a joke! I made a withdrawal request on 10/12/11 and to this day I continue to get the runaround. I have given them lots of money and I finally got lucky and hit for $900 which I know now, I will NEVER see!!! I've gotten the same responses as you all have had from a year ago! I guarantee this site will NEVER see another penny of my money!!! They are ALL IDIOTS if you ask me!!!

it has been over 2 months waiting for a payout. they keep saying we don't know what the holdup is. if you send them an email they never reply back.

I played at Diceland for about 6 months. I did a lot of winning and losing, but finally after getting ahead one evening in May, I chose to make a withdraw, and after submitting my ID, proof of where I live, credit card photo, and there forms, at least three times to diferent emails. My account online showed I had a withdrawpending. I was told it takes two to three weeks for the finance dept to pay out the winners. Well, as today and many online conversations regarding my withdraw, I've been so many different excuses that it became a joke to keep on asking the online rep. I kept on though, along with emailing the finance dept (whom never answering back). Finally, about two weeks ago, I was told by "Stuart S." that it was going to happen today, finance promised him. I have emails documenting this statement made to me.
It never happened, and my account on line with them shows I was paid. This online Casino needs to be shut down, Im hoping to find someone who will represent me that knows the law concerning issues like I have Diceland. Diceland is not a place to gamble online, they're crooks that will tell you nothing but lies.

Diceland Casino promises to pay but does not. They tell me all is in order but never pay. Never play here as you won't see a cent. I have been told all in order for over a month now.

I am having the exact same problem mentioned above. I won on October the 29th and it is now December 13th and I have yet to be able to collect my winnings. I would like to have a response from the commentor above as to when he/she finally got their winnings? Diceland was fun, but this runaround with paying out winnings is slipshod at best, and downright fraudulent at worst.

I liked Diceland Casino when I first tried it. I prefer slots and they had some really fun ones. They seemed to pay out okay. However I then got lucky and won over $400. That's when the nightmare started. From requiring documents and images of my credit card and ID, to "losing" the information I sent, to claiming they had emailed me multiple times (absolutely not true), to giving me the run-around both on their live online support and phone customer service, this process has been going on for over 1 month now. At this point I have heard every delay tactic in the book from "call back tomorrow" to "for some reason she isn't in the office today" to "no one here can help you with that." Let's not even mention the email responses I have gotten to my multiple emails which repeatedly ask for additional and repetitive information they claim never to have gotten, or "misplaced". Everyone I talk to tells me to talk to someone else who tells me to talk to someone else who tells me to talk to someone else. They say they need this documentation to "verify" they are actually paying me, so why do I need to send images of multiple credit cards? Shouldn't one be enough? Anyway, today marks the one month mark from when I attempted to withdraw my winnings. As I got the run-around yet again today,and was told to "call back tomorrow", I finally reached my boiling point. I began looking around online for consumer reviews about this site and what do I find? Basically a LOT of people have had the same problems I have had trying to get paid. Delays, claiming they've been "trying to reach you" by phone and email, never true, delays and run-arounds. Now I tried to remain objective throughout this process but enough is enough. It's so easy for them to TAKE my money, but it takes over a MONTH to pay me what little I won?? That is NOT good business. Whoever rated this casino definately did not play and win and then try to get paid. If they had, the review for this site would be horrible. If you are considering playing at this casino, BE WARNED!!! Do your research online, look for "diceland casino complaints", you will be glad you did, it will save you a lot of time and frustration to go somewhere else.
