Add: Usually when we claim a bonus in a regular casino we just have to fulfill the waggering requirements before we can turn bonus money into real money.

At Inetbet though, when claiming some if not all of its bonuses we have to first wagger with our deposit x number of times before we get to use the bonus. The 2 phase waggering requirements isnt simply just twice as hard. Its actually phase 1 requirements
Logically speaking are we getting a bonus here or do we have to win it through placing bets of no lesser than 20 x the value of our deposit? ($100 x 20 = $2000 worth of bets)

If we are lucky and managed to survive up till now we get to gamble with the so called bonus for the first time. With it we are awarded another set of requirements to fulfill. This time Bonus + deposit x number of times. $50 + $100 × 20 = $3000

Earlier $2000
Now $3000

Required to use our $100 deposit partial use of the $50 bonus we need to place $5000 worth of bets without losing the $150. Only by fulfilling that we can think of leaving the game. Prior to requirements fulfilled.
Question : are we claiming a bonus to help us or did we just claim ourselves a burden?

I have completed the 25 dollar no deposit bonus. I wagered it with a total ammount of over 1000 euro’s! The maximum pay out is just 50 dollars, as stated.

But when I wanted to pay out, I was not allowed because I played on a videoslot that was apperently not valid for my bonus.

I had the same issues as Robert Lucas. Twice I’ve had my account ‘terminated by administrator’. Getting money out of here is a struggle and when compared to other casinos this is not worth your time or money

No communication exists. Try to make a withdrawal and the website freezes stating- “Your play has been terminated by an administrator”. Stays this way for days. Reinstall software and your winnings are deleted without explanation. “Chat” doesn’t work. “Help! phone# ” – doesn’t exist. Support and Manager emails go unanswered or you get an automated response.

Inetbet Manager Bonus fine print . Whatever you do …do not ask about the status of your bonus . Multiple nuisance inquiries may result in a loss of the bonus . Also …750 $1.00 spins on a real series game with no bonus round ever is very normal . So they said . Don’t ask about that either . Support plays dumb and says they don’t understand your inquiry and then support goes offline. Just doesn’t seem worth it . When it’s not fun anymore time to walk away .

Typical RTG games, software works well, and support has been good to me. However, the past six months of play couldn’t have been worse: poor slot play, very tiny payouts, few bonuses, and hundreds and hundreds of spins that produce nothing at all. Disappointing, to say the least. It certainly seems as though the casino has dialed back its real-time payout percentage to the point that winning is simply not possible. Sorry, iNetBet, but I’ve mentioned this many times to your support team, and nothing ever changes. Again, it’s too bad.

I have been playing at iNetBet casino for quite awhile. I have won and lost which of course is normal both for land based and online casinos. However I recently earned $684 in comp dollars. In order to cash out on this it required a 10X play through of the original $684. I met this requirement and build up my bankroll to over $2200. At this point I cashed out. I got a notice that my request would be reviewed and processed shortly. I then received a notice that my cash out had been declined and all winnings voided. The reason given was that there was a short obscure sentence buried in a long list of rules and regulations which stated that no more than 25% of the original comp dollars could be wagered. There were times when I wagered $200 which was more than 25% of the original $684 comp dollars I had earned. It seems so unfair that my entire win should be voided. Obviously if I had known of this rule I would not have wagered as much. I have e-mailed them extensively but they won’t budge on this. I’ve e-mailed their manager, Emily Hanson, who I understand is a very fair person but have not heard from her yet. I hope this can be resolved to my satisfaction.

While inetbet is a good casino, their lack of live chat or phone number to call leaves only e-mail to communicate with them. Unfortunately their response to e-mails is very slow or not at all.

Not a great casino. The games were pretty good but I had some issues with withdrawal (tons of documents to fill out) and the lack of a live chat was a bit frustrating.

I’ve read that some people had similar issues with the live chat and withdrawals and some really enjoyed their experience here. Like I said, games were pretty good but everything else I thought was sub par.

Bonuses weren’t necessarily better than other casinos. Overall nothing special here.

I have spent thousands of dollars gambling at inetbet. Yet, whenever I have requested a payout, you have hassled me to the point of misery and not paid me so I have ended up cashing in the request for payout and gambling it away. That has happened for the very last time just now. Why? Because I put in a request for a payout, received information from you that you needed me to fill out yet another Financial Information form and send in additional documentation. I did this and sent it to you, along in an email that very day. Did you honor my cashout? No, you ignored it. I became so discouraged that you did not that I gambled all $525 of the payout request and only hit one bonus round.

Don’t bother to email me back. I have removed all traces of your software from my computer and will not be re-installing it. As soon as this email is finished, I will be blocking all your known email addresses. When I have completed that, I will copy and paste this email and post it on every site that asks for feedback. Without a doubt, you are the tackiest, chintziest, cheesiest, no class online casino, even worse than the rogue casinos.

Do have yourselves a very lovely life. You will not be hearing from me again this lifetime.

I was a player there for a while but that happened years ago. I had no bigger complaints when it came to cashouts. I had pretty much the same “delays” one encounters at nearly every online casino.

@Cora: I feel sorry for your situation but what are you blaming the casino for when it´s you who, fully deliberately, gambled the money away? I mean, you spent 5 years of your life and “thousands of dollars” there. They must have done something right to keep you happy for that long.

I took a bonus from this casino and payed true wage requirements, my winnings were low like 6-7 $. When i wanted to make the withdraw i was asked for bunch of my documents including credit card details, and the moment i send them in few minutes my balance was gone. In support they said that they did that cos i was not eligible for the bonus cos it was for players who deposited in the last 2 months. So that is after i was allowed to register(and i`m new player) i received the bonus, made the wagering, send them my credit card and other details. And also other bonuses that i was not eligible to use was not accepted an the cashier. I just want to say too that on the bonus on the site that i founded was said that it is for new players.

1. No live chat
2. They always require several forms of ID before you make a withdrawal.(There is one obscure form of payment that they don't require the id from.)
3. In comparison to the quality of Micorogaming range Real Time Gaming's quality is worse. iNetBet use RTG.
4. Their customer support is very slow, sometimes up to 24 hour wait. You have to send them another email to wake them up.
5. No regular checks on their payout percentages by independent auditors. Makes them less safe than many other online casinos.
6. A 10x play though requirement on their comps. Makes them the worst in regards to 'comps' or 'points' programs that I have seen on the internet.
7. Very confusing playthough requirements on every bonus they give. Many regulars at iNetBet have just refused to accept bonuses at all as it is not only very confusing but it has happened in the past that they refuse to pay out on wins if there is some kind of connection to bonuses. Even their support dont understand how their own bonuses work.
8. Playthough requirements on deposits. Yes, they even demand that you play through on your deposit before they let you withdraw. Again, I have only ever heard of iNetBet doing this. Never seen another online casino sink this low.
9. No stat trackers in any games whatsover. You dont know how much you have spent, spun, been dealt, lost, won. Makes it much harder if you are someone like me who wants to know how long he has been playing for or how much he has won/lost.
10. I can go on and on about this place. On and on…

I just have a couple of questions for you. First of all I would like to say I have played at several other RTG Casinos and I believe I have tried inetbet in the past. But I would like to know for a cash out via wire transfer of approx $3500. What would be the estimated time for me to receive the funds? I ask this only because that is my average cashout and at another RTG casino which I will not name I requested a cashout for that amount near a month ago and have still yet to see a dime. (That was the amount after the "Bonus" funds where removed) I only ask because all of the comment I see are for netteller cashouts.

Not to the fault of you I've learned my neteller account will not work in the US.. (Thanx again Unkle S-Ankle monitor).. Had a great time playing on a 15.00 deposit today with the 100% match and hit it to 1200.00 in winnings! VeRy ImPrEsSeD!.. When I cliked on withdrawl, Via Neteller it downed my balance to 30.00 withdrawable, Pending and approving a 1,118.46 Promo withdrawl approval? (Also Comp points went to 1)? What does this mean? Did I win Pogo-tokens or is the winning ammount going to come back after the neteller refusal as Im an illegal US citizen/immigrant after the law for US. players? After reading this comments from other players at iNetBet, I signed up for an account with iNetBet. Everything the other players say is true! I have made two withdraws in my couple of weeks of playing, and my payouts are paid within 24 hours or so! How refreshing! I have dropped the other RTG casinos I have played with in the past and will stick with iNetBet from now on!

I like Inetbet. Thee only complaint I have is that some of their games do not pay as well as they should.
You can put thousands of dollars in particular machines and get no return. I have noticed this for the past few months. I really think they should advertise their percentage rates or check some of their game software

Connect 2 Casino is a scam. No where on there website under the t&c’s for the bonuses does it say that Real Series Slots do not count towards wagering requirments. When you query this they get snippy and tell youo “Real Series Slots do not count!!!” I have screen shots of there website and this is not stated anywhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

At of ALL the RTG casinos, I like INeT BET the most, however, my ONLY pet peeve is that they get a toll free number or CHAT to comunicate with them in the event of a problem or dispute or simply to ask questions. The other RTG sites, and I played at ALL of them practically, are horrible and some are even blacklisted by other players and casino portals!So, be careful with \”other\” RTG casinos.

After a small deposit, I got up to $300.00 playing $0.25 video poker. I cashed out $250.00 and left $50.00 in my account to play later. The money was in my NeTeller account in less than 8 hours. I hit a royal flush on the remining $50.00 and cashed out $1000.00. I received an email from the casino saying I needed to fill out a “fax back form” I dislike fax back forms, figuring it is just a tactic to delay payment. To my suprise, after faxing the form back, I once again received my cashout in just a matter of hours.

I have quit playing at several other RTG casinos because they take too long to pay out. I find it hard to believe that it can take several days to several weeks to process a pay out.

I will spend my money at casinos like INETBET which can pay out quickly.
