I’m surprised how many bad reviews there are of this place. I just started here a few weeks ago and I was enjoying it but now I’m a bit concerned about continuing.

I see most of the issues here are to do with withdrawing money and I haven’t had to do that yet. The bonuses are pretty good and the software is good but I’m not sure about much else as I just started.

I do think this casino has some good qualities and the interface is nice but I’ll def be weary of issues with deposits/withdrawals

Iv played this and I like it its all about using your brains bonus are good
At first I didnt like it but it is achieveable if you know whats a good slot machine iv won many bonus and did do the requirements but I lost the lots of money that I won cause of black jack 21 its addictive when you win but when you try bet higher it will swallow your money like a lion so people need to be wise when playing black jack 21 iv got money from them they really do pay out you can accept bonus or you dont its a option I know the requirements and all different casino have different requirements

I have had a horrible experience with joyland casino. Firstly their bonus requirements meant it was completely impossible to win any money. I have never joined a casino before and did not understand the complexities which meant that even though I did deposit some money and play through plenty of money and had over £100 in my account I was apparently not eligible to any of it. I then wrote to complain and they agreed to let me have my £20 back without all the bonus problems. So the £80 I won disappeared. I then logged in and it would no longer let me into the live blackjack which is where I had "won". I thought this must be a problem with my computer so messaged them on line. Eventually someone spoke to me who was entirely unhelpful and told me an email had been sent to me. The email was vague and was talking about the management reserving the right to giving people maximum limits. I was only trying to get into it, not put on huge amounts of money. I tried to get a straight answer from the online help who would not give me one. She just kept referring to the email and saying it was the managements decision. At no point would she answer whether or not I was banned. It seems I was though. This just seems unbelievable- I had won no money from them, I have no other account with another casino, I was only playing up to £20 at a time (and this was only after I had built my money up) – hardly a big time casino person! So then I played on the non-live black jack and lost all my money. This might be completely wrong but I don't even trust that it was done fairly. Does anyone regulate whether the computer programs that run these are not biased? Even when I was attempting to get my non £100 out it was far too complicated – it had to be over a certain amount of money and none of the options available for receiving your money were straight forward.

I'm really annoyed with them and urge anyone with the sense to read this before joining not to!

If anyone knows of anything I can do/anyone I can complain to about this that might make a difference please let me know. I would like to stop them being able to rip naive people like me off!

this is a trap, when you get this bonus most of the time you win, and when u reach a high amount and u want to withdraw, they say u haven't made any deposit, that's how they attract people to make deposits and forget about their own money, so beware of it. if u have a big amount in ur account dont let them deposit ur own money, u will lose them all. even if u withdraw without playing they will not pay you, that's a fact

To all fellow gamblers out there please stay far away from this casino as you can not cash out your winnings till you have spent a furtune withthem. As well as the so called free bonus thats a joke to. Beware look for someone else to save yourself.

i would advise anyone against playing this casino as i,ve had numerous requests for a withdrawal turned down or told that it is a requirement of the casino to wait 4 days so that they can do security checks, this happened everytime i tried to make a withdrawal, also they ask you to send various proof of address, back & front of credit card, signed deposit confirmation, this as happened not just once but everytime i have tried to withdraw, then they keep the withdrawal in your account for as long as they can hoping that you make a reverse withdrawal & lose it all, i personally will never play this casino again & warn anyone reading this to do the same until they clean there act up & make withdrawals quicker & a more pleaseant experience.

Never play on this casino, only take your money and decline to make withdrawal request. I made wagering requirement more then 100 times, got email from their support, where they wrote I can make withdraw, but when I made withdraw said you can not withdraw your fair earned money. Shame you joyland casino. Stop playing on this site.

I signed yup with Joyland also..what the hey I thought I’d start off with a 30 dollar bonus to see if I liked this casino. Afte THREE attempts at contactin them I was told that my account was closed “due to activities in other casinos (which makes me klook bad as I have had NO issues with other casinos) and perhaps it was due to a credit card problem (which also makes me look bad considering I have NEVER had a credit problem with anyone before). What bothers me is although they have “closed” my account they now have my personal information. I agree with the above…beware of this one.
Sincerely,
Beth F.

I think this is an unfair Casino.
I have red about the Casino has 30USD totally free bonus promotions.
I thought I’ll make a tryout.
I made the sign up, after I made the credit card registering procedure so the Casino said me in mail.
I got a mail about „congratulations, you have successfully registered your credit card in your Joyland Casino account „

Ok let’s see the totally free bonus.
Finally sent a request for the bonus and the answer was: „Thank you for choosing Joyland Casino, this is XY from the support team. We are in receipt of your most recent email, and we regret to inform you that your bonus request has been declined by our system. The reason may be as a result of your history in online gaming and/or banking and credit card systems. The reason may also be as a result of gaming habits the casino determines to be bonus abuse. In any event, we are unable to credit your account with the bonus you have requested. Please note that this is done in accordance with our casinos Terms of Use which and be found at http://www.joylandcasino.com/termsofuse.html and reads as follows:”
They have found the solutions for the declining, no more causes needed.
Have another think! Got they sneaky my credit card number? Is this a scam isn’t it?
I think it’s better for us, if beware of this Casino.

For the attention to reviewed-casinos.com: Test they harder.

Sincerely,
