I deposited $50 with the 400% bonus at lucky red and had a great time playing. As I was dropping below $180 including my deposit I hit for $2100 on one game and it took me another $400 of that to get through the 30X play through but I was able to transfer over the remaining $1400 with no problem. Lucky Red is a top notch casino and I’ll continue playing them for fun & maybe win some more!!!

I recently stares playing. I deposited the minimum $35 and went about playing. I made it up to roughly $200 so I hit payout. It said at the time depositing to this card can’t happen due to site maintenance. I clicked the other option for a check instead and still wouldn’t go threw. I will call customer service in the morning and go from there.

When I requested payout, they ask onething after another documents endlessly, and end up didn’t pay me. So I had to dispute the transaction through creditcard company.

I have just recently started playing at Lucky Red Casino. Ive had to call customer service twice, once for my first deposit and the second time bc I was sent incorrect marketing (which they were nice enough to honor). Everyone is super nice when I call and issues are resolved quickly. But like the above player, I rarely see bonuses and features very rarely hit. I don’t expect to win every time, obviously, but I have only actually gotten above my deposit one time since January. I would expect to break even at least once in a while…..

I have been a customer for over 4 years and come back regularly. This casino definitely ranks within my top favorites. I live in the U.S. and Luckyred is one of the few good casinos still accepting American players. The wagering requirements are a pain but at least they are quite doable unlike at other casinos and I received all my withdrawals in a timely fashion after having to do all the verification stuff of course.

Hello, if you don’t mind me asking which other online casinos do you like? Looking for a change. Thanks

I was told I would get 400% of my first deposit, so I deposited $50 and got $250 credit, within 60 seconds the 400% ($200) was removed by Lucky Red Casino, I contacted customer service, who was quite rude, she said I had another account from 2014 (Which I Did Not) I told customer service to either give me the 400% bonus that I was promised or I would call my bank and have the charges reversed, the cutomer service lady said if I did that I would be banned, I said well ban me then, I am having the charges reversed as Luck Red Casino used false advertisement to get me to spend $50. I was banned from Lucky Red Casino and My bank did reverse the charges. I would not recommend this business as they appear to be crooked and do not honor their promotional ad’s.

I have been waiting 12 days for my winnings. Each time a different person emails me at 4am in the morning saying they need some other type of info or info wasn’t clear— so I send again – only to wait 48 hours again to hear from someone- I am worried they are a scam- I read some good reviews before I played- but 12 days for my money? I closed my account because I was losing- so I don’t know if that is why they are taking so long- thinking they will never get my winnings back? I just want my money so I can be done with them- they are very nice when you call and make you feel at ease for the time being- but then it’s another email hours later saying some other document is wrong.

The loyalty bonuses at Lucky Red are very poor. You have to deposit alot of money to even get a $15 “loyalty bonus.” I also received a mailed promotion from them but when I tried to claim it, they said they never heard of the promotion. Wasted an entire morning on chat with customer service to get nowhere. Done with this casino and I would advise others to steer clear of it. There are much better options for your money.

I deposited $40 with Lucky Red Casino last year and when I did the withdrawal process I had to take pictures of my D my front and back of my debit card that I used to deposit the money and a couple other things. But they kept saying the information I was sending them was not clear through fax so I had to keep sending it until they got it right.
They did put me through two days worth of help to get my money but in the end I got my $250. So I can say Lucky Red Casino is about the only one that I’ve saw that would pay me and they are very friendly but they did give me a hard time to get my stuff.

As soon as I tried to make a deposit of 100 dollars my phone was ringing my bank checking with me about the charge I said yes then they told me another charge of 103 was charged from another source 30 seconds later. Sounds like my info is not safe at all, cancelled my card immediately I’m not going to try online gamming again thanks but no thanks. All these people having trouble collecting, not worth the hassle

I have been a happy player at Lucky for many years and never had any issues. Specially not with payments. They may take a while but you get your money 100%. I won big a few years ago and it didn´t take a single day longer than smaller winnings use to take.

I,ve lost 15.000.00 dollars in the past 2 months and havent with drew more then a few hundred dollars. The help beat around the bush when you ask them to have the machine checked out. Not Happy. And I still continue to lose trying to win some of my money back.

The longer you play the more chances you have to lose. Take it from me who learned the hard way.

Lucky Red is pretty good about paying. I have never had a problem cashing out anywhere from 50 to 1000 dollars at a time. They do wait a couple of days to process it but they do if you stop playing. In the end the odds are stacked against you.

It doesn’t matter if it’s Lucky Red or anyone else the golden rule is not chase your losses.
The more time you spend chasing them the more money you lose.

Be thankful it’s only 15k. It could be a lot worse if you don’t slow it down.

I used the new 400 percent promotion and deposited 100 (500.00 total) to play a slot (Crystal Waters) I usually play at other casinos. I only received one bonus round (playing $5.00 a spin) that resulted in only a 12.00 pay. I then deposited another 350 without promotions because I did not want to be tied down to a playthrough in case I won anything. I continued to play using 2.00 and 1.00 per spin. Again, I only received one bonus round that resulted in 8.00 pay.

My advice: avoid this casino – try Silver Oaks instead – I’ve already withdrawn wins from this one.

I have been trying for over a week to withdraw $400 of my winnings. Each time I submit the requested information, I’m either told they can’t read it or I am given a new set of requirements. The latest is they can’t accept paper copies of my information. I now need to provide digital photos of my driver’s license and my credit card(s). They’ve told me I can block out my driver’s license# and middle digits of my credit card. I don’t know how to do this without copying these photos to paper. Don’t waste your money with this company. To make a withdrawal you need to provide enough information for your identity to be stolen.

If I win in Vegas, I have my money immediately. Only if I win more than $1200 do I have to provide a driver’s license and SSN# to be paid (in cash and immediately.

Lucky Red is a wonderful online casino, which is part of the Club World Group. All of my experiences with them have been positive. I have had a few cash outs with no problems. I can say they are one of the fastest paying online casinos. The customer support is excellent. They are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend playing at this casino. In fact, all the casinos owned by the Club World Group are honest and fair.

I have been trying to deposit for almost a week. They, the casino, say that their processor is down. I am also waiting on a 400.00 withdrawal. I usually have no problems with Lucky Red. They are slow on the withdrawals though. I am wondering if something else is wrong since the deposits are not working.

I feel like I am being scammed by them. I requested a $3,000 withdrawl yesterday after I was informed that my account was fully verified with the required documents, and I made the required verbal verification call yesterday afternoon and was told to go ahead and request my withdrawl-which was rejected this morning because they "have no record that I called" (even though I got an email saying I was fully verified). I was told yesterday by the cashier that it would be processed this morning, but I logged in and saw that it was rejected. I'm very upset. I was already mad because the website terms & conditions/cashier page say ACH withdrawl takes 2 days and the reps I spoke to now say it takes up to 5 days. I feel like I'm being given the run around. I wouldn't be so upset but I was counting on this money to clear quickly according to their posted guidelines.
Since my withdrawl was rejected I had to call today to verify my account all over again (the person I "verified" with yesterday did not enter the verification in the system according to the person I spoke to today, she had no record that I had called in) and now my money is being held up another day because they said they can't process my withdrawl until tomorrow now. I guess we will see if I ever get paid-maybe it was a one time glitch. If anyone else has any payout experience with them, please share.

Hi Teesh, yes.. this is starting to become a trend, which we welcome, as it saves the stress of this happening when a withdrawal is actually made. Most people get frustrated at this point and this way, it saves time for the withdrawal to be effected.

Is it normal for casinos to request you fax them photo id and utility bill information before you even make a withdrawl as lucky red has with me?
he casino seems normal but I was a bit thrown off by the request within 1 min of making my 1st deposit!
