I have been playing on Rushmore for years and never won anything I wanted to withdrawal until 3 weeks ago. I have written numerous emails and make a call to them about every other day. I continue to get the same excuse after excuse…..to email withdrawals….which all emails to them have gone unanswered. They are fakes! Do not play at their site! Will take your money without a problem, but do not deliver on their PAYOUTS. This site should be CLOSED! I will be reporting them for BAD business practices…and will be looking into what could be done.

Well, here we are 10 months later and still nothing. They owe me 600.00 i guess we should just give up. Maybe everyone should just stop playing there. And they will have to shut down . This is so crazy

Rushmore Casino PAID !!! They wired the money to me Aug. 21, 2012 !!! My withdrawl was approved April 21, 2012….so I waited a long time. Just happy it arrived !

Here we are Aug. 17, 2012 four months later and still no money. Latest email from Tara Murdoch is that she requested my wire transfer trace number from the processor on July 25 and she STILL does not have it…perhaps because a wire was never sent ??? She said that my funds were confiscated (not true, talked with Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase) AND even if they were confiscated, the US requires that the receiving bank that is confiscating has 14 business days to return to sender. My wire is either sitting in the processors account (probably collecting interest, or…..Rushmore NEVER sent it or even plans to. I have made a promise to Tara Murdoch as of yesterday….that because she has made my life a living hell for four months, that I will be sending her hourly emails, just to remind her that I am waiting for my money and I am not giving up. I have also been sending emails to tech support, deposits at Rushmore and online support. If for no other reason than to bug them and maybe they will figure out its best to start paying people their winnings. Its alot of work, and if I do lose track of time, I just double up on the emails the next hour. I think my next one will quote the bible, "thou shalt not steal", because by not paying our winnings, Rushmore is stealing. Patty, have you heard anything from them or received your money yet ??? we did our withdrawls the same day.

Well here it is August 1st and guess what??? Still haven't received my money from Rushmore Casino.
I haven't heard from Tara since 7/22 although I email her everyday. it's going on almost 4 months now and I really will be surprised if I ever receive my money!

The people below who wrote these threads about dealing with Rushmore is what concerns me and……Laura just informed me from Rushmore online that you (Tara) told her that you contacted the third party processor and they are going to trace the wire. Update please ? Looks like Patty and I won, withdrew and was told our bank wires were sent the same day….yet NEITHER she or I received it in the 10-14 business days. BOTH of our wires are missing ??? Are you sure the processor you are using is qualified to be handling all this money ? Perhaps not, since they can't seem to move the money from their fund to ours without losing it.

I won in the 10,000 FREEROLL, 3rd place of April 14, 2012 won 1000. Played a bit more and cashed out at 1785 – $35 wire fee. It was Approved on April 21, 2012. I have heard nothing but excuses. I am so angry at Rushmore Casino. Customer service is awful. Tara keeps giving me different dates as to when I will receive my money. Today I emailed customer service, instead of withdraws, and Laura has informed me that Tara has contacted the third party processor and they are trying to Trace my funds. Nice. When third party is mentioned, doesn't that me BOA and next email from Tara will be telling me that BOA has confiscated my funds ? Patty, looks like we did our withdraws in the same timeframe. I have tons of emails from Tara, she is still communicating with me, which surprises me considering my attitude went from really nice in the beginning to really really nasty now. I'm not proud of that, but I swear they are sitting in their Rushmore office comparing nasty emails with each other and having a good laugh at our expense. Makes me sick. I too just want my money.

I also made a withdrawl of $1900 of 4/16/2012 approved by Rushmore on 4/21/2012. I was told wire transfer was sent on 7/3/2012. Well here it is 7/20 and still no money in my bank account. Everyday this week I have contacted them and all they can tell me is wire transfer was sent on 7/3. Last email I received from Tara Murdoch withdrawl manager was on 6/26. I have emailed her at least 12-15 times since 6/26 and she has not responded to me which is very suspicious since she kept in contact with me until 6/26 – now all of sudden the emails have stopped. I have also asked for a transaction # for the wire transfer that was supposedly sent on 7/3 and no one can seem to provide me with one.
In the past I have been paid by Rushmore within 5-7 days. Obviously Rushmore has changed their tactics and has no respect for their players!

I will keep calling a nd emailing Rushmore but unfortunetly i have little hope that I will ever be paid.

after 4 months of lies and waiting for my withdraw of 4 thousand dollars i did some investigating on my own.i demanded an answer from my bank.the ceo refered me to a treasury dept secret service agent that said the casino was suspected of money laundering and the money was confiscated by the treasury dept..i would not ever get it .so good luck

I wrote back lat year complaning about Rushmore that i never received my winnings. It is now march 2012 and still nothing. At this point i dont even receive emails with excuses of why i dont have my money. This is crazy!

I'm quite concerned about the process for withdrawls at this Casino. I attempted to withraw money but was told I had to scan a form with personal details and scan in my credit card and driver's license. While I don't mind providing this information through a secure upload of fax mechanism, I am deeply concerned that the only way to supply this information is via email, which is not a secure method of transmitting my personal information. All I need is for someone to snag my email and read all of my credit card details. This is identity theft waiting to happen. I contacted support and they said to email withdraws. I did, but I still have not heard anything back from then. The web site boasts about their security, but if you have to email your personal information along with credit card information, I'd say this is probably the least secure casino aroudn.

I just don't understand how Rushmore can continue to operate with only putting people off and off about paying withdrawal money. It has been over three months for me now and I still keep getting the butt end with ridiculous excuses for not paying. They seem like a sinking ship trying to stay open as long as they can to collect more money and not pay until they … well, hopefully wake up! I miss my over a thousand dollar withdrawal that should have been paid long ago.

I have twice now in Rushmore. Once for $900 and now for $700. You would think I would have learned my lesson. The $900 took over eight weeks or more to receive. I won the $700 in December, 2011. I still have not receive it. I keep getting lies, after lies. The best lie so far is "when we find your money" we will send it to you by check. How could my money have gotten lost. REALLY…… I don't want them to send it by check because I am afraid it will bounce. I want my money put into my bank account (if that ever happens). They keep changing people in their withdrawal department like I change….. If there is anyone out their listening, do yourself a favor and stay away from Rushmore. They will RUSHNOMORE……..

I also won from Rushmore casino back in October and still nothing. They keep saying they are backlog because a third party and the checks will be going out. This is B.S.. I will never play at that site again. The funny thing they keep having the free tournaments. The people that are playing should be warned that they will not get their money.

I still have not been paid also. I did my withdraw on 10/05/11 It is now 11/07/11 More than a month, They give excuse after excuse, And i have numerous screenshots of them saying it will be in week in and out, And more lies. They say there having problems with a third party processor. This isnt my fault. I want my 1,000 Dollars. I gave my bank account info 3 times and swift codes and account and routing number. Still nothing. Horrible..

Autumn, you should provide your email address when you post a comment here at reviewed-casinos.com . Otherwise the owners of this website can´t help you. Or even better, use their casino complaint form. Last time they were able to solve some issues I had with a different casino.

it has been over a month now and i still have not been paid from rushmore after winning their weekly free slot tournament, i asked for a manger and they tell me the manager would not be able to do or say anything more than they could, horrible, excuse after excuse, no clear answers as to what is going on
