" Nice casino to play. Live support was slow and cuts you off when on hold which is annoying. New player bonus offer confusing if playing in sterling as the deposit match is only on the first £25 which was very disappointing as it wasent clear and i deposited more ended up only getting 100% rather than the 200% expected. Bonus would have been better if I had played in dollars! "

Vegas Palms would like to assure our players quality play at our casinos. With this said, we would like to respond to the above negative comment by stating our case. We were forced to lock the players account due to $300 chargeback she had on one of her accounts. Even after several communication attempts with the player, we still have not received full balance of the monies owing by her.
