" I would advise against playing at any Jackpot Factory Casino. I made a withdrawal way back in February of 07 and have still yet to see a dime. Everytime I call or email I get the same run around and they can't even give me an estimate or timeline of when I will see my winnings. They have failed to send me any kind of update for the past 8 months, I have no choice but to think that I have been ripped off. Be careful about Jackpot Factory Casinos! "

" Our family is relatively new to online gambleing, (January 2006) My daughter bought $25 welcome bonus and received $75 from the casino, total $100. " I thought this looked like a great place to play. The software was defective...5 times. Purchasing problems with credit cards, and no helpful customer service. Very difficult to log in to, guess they are to busy. When I didn't have a purchase go through, they did send me a complimentary $10 to get started though. "
