" #City club was the most dissapointing casino i have ever played at - and i have played at a lot .
I made my deposit and received my bonus - and i fully understood the wagering requirement and the fact that i could not play 'jackpot games' . I played for several days and it was great , eventually i built up a ballance of about 1000 dollars and was sure i had completed the required playthru. I emailed support and was told that playthrough was completed and i was free to withdraw all of my winnings 'at any stage' . #now i could have taken my money but figured i would be fair to the casino and so i carried on playing with what was now my money .During the fun i played queen of pyramids with my 'fully withdrawable' profits . played lots of slots , won a bit , lost a bit , took the ballance down to about 750 dollars and thought i would take my winnings ......they denied the lot and returned my original deposit and removed all my winnings - i pointed out that the funds were cleared and withdrawable but received no help....very very dissapointed.
I would say that support was prompt and efficient and informative and that the casino worked fine ...if they had paid my winnings i would have been a regular depositer and played but have learnt from bitter experience that you should only play at casinos that treat you with respect.
Their crazy decision to reject $700 in proftshas probably cost them many thousands in deposits i would have made. "

" After playing blackjack a bit, I realized that City Club's maximum bet limit was quite looooow at $50. Their other card games such as baccarat and casino war were the same. I decided to forfeit my winnings ($11) and $99 bonus. I only wanted my $99 deposit back which didn't violate anything in their T&Cs. Despite 3 withdrawal requests, an email to the 'lobby manager', a thread on Casinomeister, a private message to the Casino rep on Casinomeister, I have not received my deposit back. "
