Superior Poker
Updated May 17 2006
Superior Poker is a very neat and tidy poker room to play at. I found that when I was playing here, I was almost underdressed - maybe I was, but I won't go into that now.
There are some very fun freerolls and multi-table tournaments for you to take part in and what makes them a little bit more interesting is their Player Option Points (POP). Some tournaments require you to have earned enough of these POP's to enter. Also, you can cash them in for prizes and merchandise that they have displayed in the POP page of their software.
Superior poker offers seats to the big tournaments as well, including the World Series of Poker (WSOP) - so you will not miss out on any of the big events, in fact you may actually stand a better chance winning one of these seats here with their different promotions and specials.
These guys are very professional and you do sense this when you sign up.

Tournaments at SuperiorPoker.com, as a general rule, are made up of the same structures as seen at other online poker rooms. There are a number of different tournament options to appeal to all tastes.
Satellite Tournaments
Satellites are tournaments, usually multi-stage, where
the winner wins an entry into a larger prize tournament. For
example, SuperiorPoker.com hosts multi-stage tournaments where
the winner will win an expense paid trip to play in an offline
World Poker Tour tournament.
Freerolls
Freeroll tournaments are tournaments that are FREE
to enter on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no
buy-in or entry fee to play, and there is usually a small
cash prize for the winner. Freerolls are also available where
the winner will win an entry to one of our larger cash prize
multi-stage tournaments.
Freerolls can be a great way to turn a $0 investment into a $ million
cash prize!
Single-table Tournaments
Single-table tournament are just what they sound like.
The tournament involves one table of players and ends with
a cash prize for the last player standing (or last 2-3 in
some cases).
Multi-stage tournaments
Just like the name suggests, these tournaments start
with many tables where the winners of each combine to play
at the next level. After a determined amount of stages, the
final players combine on a championship table, where the top
player(s) win a cash prize or entry into a larger tournament.
Sit 'n Go
Sit 'n Go is a term used to describe a tournament
that begins the moment all seats at a table are filled, instead
of following a preset schedule. All single-table and freeroll
tournaments at SuperiorPoker.com are Sit 'n Go tournaments.
Additionally, the first stages of most multi-table tournaments
begin as Sit 'n Go.
