Weiss Casino has changed substantially since our last review. The current terms name Sorta Group Limitada as the operator, replacing Taktonum Group N.V., and the casino now uses an Anjouan licence rather than the former Curaçao arrangement. Anjouan’s public register lists licence ALSI-202508047-FI2 as valid until 17 August 2026 and identifies Sorta Group Limitada as a business-to-consumer licensee.

The casino remains centred on cryptocurrency play, but it is not a crypto-only lobby. Its current first-deposit promotion shows card and mobile-wallet logos alongside several digital currencies, the game catalogue covers more than 70 provider labels, and public contact options include live support, email and a telephone number. The harder edges sit in the terms: cashier details are largely account-only, withdrawals are capped, unused balances can be forfeited after six months of inactivity and verification clauses give the operator broad discretion.

Who operates Weiss Casino?

Sorta Group Limitada is registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-908265. The terms give a San Pedro, Costa Rica address and identify Veltria Ltd in Cyprus as an authorised payment processor. Both the terms and the Anjouan validation record agree on the operator and licence number, while the public register shows an issue date of 18 August 2025 and an expiry date of 17 August 2026.

There is a domain point to understand. The terms define weiss.bet as the official domain, and that address appears in the regulator’s public register. The public interface we reached redirected to weissbetgames.com, which was not included in the register row we checked. The licence seal opened from the submitted evidence still returned Sorta Group Limitada and a valid operating status, but its registered-sites section also named weiss.bet. This does not by itself prove that the casino is unlicensed, but the operator should make the relationship between the two domains clearer.

First-deposit bonus

The current standard first-deposit offer is a 100% match up to 1,000 USDT plus 80 free spins. The minimum deposit is 20 USDT, wagering is 40 times and the bonus and spins remain valid for five days. The promotion gives each spin a stated value of 0.40 USDT and applies the same 40x requirement to free-spin winnings.

Two alternatives appear on the same page. A deposit of at least 300 USDT can receive 125% up to 3,000 USDT plus 100 spins, while a deposit from 20 USDT can take 150 free spins without a match. Both alternatives carry 40x wagering. This review’s Bonus tab records the ordinary 100% route because it has the lower entry point and is the clearest baseline for comparison.

The general bonus policy allows a maximum bonus bet of 10 USDT unless the individual promotion says otherwise. It also states that the maximum withdrawal from a deposit bonus, free spins or other bonus is normally limited to the initial bonus amount credited. Those rules make the headline less generous than it first appears. The former Reviewed Casinos exclusive code expired in December 2024 and is not treated as a current benefit in this assessment.

Games and Weiss Originals

The submitted provider captures contain 72 raw labels, with some repeated across overlapping screenshots. After normalising established aliases, the replacement inventory contains 71 provider or in-house labels. The selection includes Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playtech, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Games Global, Nolimit City, Red Tiger Gaming, Push Gaming, Spinomenal, Spribe, Thunderkick, Novomatic and Big Time Gaming.

There is useful variety beyond those familiar names. Pateplay, Galaxsys, TaDa Gaming, EGT Interactive, Altente Gaming, BetGamesTV, Pascal Gaming, Web3Originals, Clawbuster, InOut and several smaller studios all appear in the current selector. The lobby also has a WEISS Originals category for the casino’s own games. One selector label, CopyStake, appears to describe a copying feature or product rather than a distinct public supplier, so it is not counted as a verified provider.

The provider page makes the catalogue easy to browse, showing a game count and sample titles for each studio. Availability can still vary by country, account and provider restrictions. A globally visible label therefore confirms that the integration exists, not that every game will be playable from every permitted location.

Languages and restricted countries

The current language selector offers English, Portuguese, Hungarian, Czech, Slovakian, Russian, Spanish, French, Turkish, German, Japanese, Indonesian and Romanian. Regional variants are available for several languages. Our direct English-route attempt was redirected to the German interface, but the submitted English selector and the English terms allowed the material information to be checked.

The restricted-country list is much longer than it was when we last reviewed Weiss. The July 2026 terms exclude 67 countries and territories, including the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Italy, Poland and Australia. Canada is not on the operator’s list, though players remain responsible for local legality and provider-specific restrictions. Check the current terms before registering, particularly if the site opens from a regional mirror.

Deposits, currencies and crypto

Weiss keeps detailed cashier availability behind an account login. The current first-deposit artwork visibly supports Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tether, Ethereum, Tron and Solana. The terms make USDT the underlying operational and settlement currency, even when the interface displays another fiat or cryptocurrency equivalent.

The previously verified global cashier inventory also included Bitcoin, Binance Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Dai, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ripple and USD Coin. Those established methods remain in the replacement inventory because the current account-only cashier provides no public evidence that they have been removed. Exact availability, minimums and network confirmations depend on account settings and location, so check the live cashier before sending any funds.

This is still reasonably described as crypto friendly: there is a broad named set in both the retained deposit and withdrawal inventories, USDT is the settlement currency, and the current banner independently confirms several digital assets. It does not earn the maximum crypto score because current public limits, fees and timing are not tabulated coin by coin.

Withdrawals and verification

The standard withdrawal ceiling is 4,000 USDT per week. The monthly maximum is 10,000 USDT, falling to 5,000 USDT when the account balance is at least ten times larger than total lifetime deposits. Wins above 100,000 USDT can be divided into monthly instalments of up to 50,000 USDT, while network progressive jackpots are exempt from those casino limits.

Ordinary casino deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal. Live-casino and sports deposits must be wagered three times. If the required turnover has not been completed, Weiss can apply a withdrawal fee at its discretion. Processing can take from ten minutes to several business days, and payment providers may add charges or conversion costs.

Verification may be requested during registration, deposit or withdrawal and can include identity, address, payment ownership, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence. Payments above 2,000 USDT trigger additional checks, although lower payments can also be reviewed. The policy gives players 14 calendar days to complete a request unless an extension is granted, and no withdrawal is processed until full verification is complete. We did not make a deposit, submit documents or test a withdrawal.

Support and complaints

The public site provides a live-support entry, support@weiss.bet and a telephone number, +31 (97) 010280059. A German support email is also shown on the regional contact page. Public opening hours were not stated, so the old 24/7 label is not retained as a verified fact.

Formal complaints go first to support@weiss.bet. The dispute policy sets a ten-day target for a final response after complete information is received and names EGIS-FZCO as an external alternative-dispute-resolution provider. A private complaint snapshot showed 27 cases: none open or unresolved, 14 resolved and 13 rejected. That is a positive secondary indicator, although it cannot guarantee the outcome of an individual dispute.

Responsible gambling

Weiss lets players request limits on time, deposits and spending by emailing support. Cooling-off periods of two days or one week are available, while self-exclusion can run for one month, six months, one year or permanently. The policy says an exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be shortened before its stated expiry.

These are useful controls, but they depend on contacting support rather than an obvious self-service dashboard. The terms also say an inactive account can be disabled after six months and any remaining balance forfeited. That is unusually severe and should not be confused with a responsible-gambling block. Withdraw available funds and close an unused account formally rather than simply abandoning it.

Verdict

Weiss Casino offers a large and varied lobby, a visible in-house games category, strong cryptocurrency coverage, a current Anjouan licence and more support channels than many offshore rivals. The first-deposit offer is easy to understand, and the checked complaint snapshot had no open or unresolved cases.

The casino is less convincing on transparency and account terms. The public host is not listed alongside weiss.bet in the regulator row we checked, cashier details remain behind login, the bonus cashout cap is restrictive, withdrawal and inactivity clauses are tough and verification can be extensive. Weiss is a credible crypto-focused option with a good catalogue, but it requires careful reading and falls short of the strongest player-protection standards.
