How the calculator turns bonus terms into a result
The calculator follows the figures stated in a promotion rather than trying to rate the offer. Start with the amount you plan to deposit and the advertised match percentage. If the promotion limits the bonus to a maximum amount, enter that cap as well: a 100% match does not necessarily double every deposit when the available bonus stops at a fixed ceiling.
Bonus funds and starting balance
Bonus funds are calculated by multiplying the deposit by the match percentage, subject to any maximum-bonus cap. The starting balance combines your deposit with the resulting bonus. If you enter the deposit first, the calculator shows that amount immediately and adds the bonus once the match percentage is available.
The wagering basis changes the answer
The multiplier needs a basis. When terms say 35× bonus, the calculator applies 35 to the bonus funds only. When they say 35× deposit and bonus, it applies the same multiplier to the complete starting balance. Selecting the wording that actually appears in the promotion is more important than the multiplier by itself.

Game contribution adjusts qualifying progress
A 100% contribution means every unit wagered counts fully towards the requirement. At 20% contribution, only one fifth counts, so five times as much play would be needed to produce the same qualifying progress. Use the contribution for the game or category you intend to play, not a general figure taken from another part of the terms.
The play-through target is cumulative qualifying stakes, not an amount the calculator predicts you will lose. Balance changes depend on game results, volatility and the house edge. Our wagering requirements guide explains those wider mechanics and restrictions in more depth.
What the calculated target does not tell you
A correct arithmetic result does not establish whether a promotion is good value or whether every wager will qualify. Before accepting an offer, check the conditions that sit alongside the multiplier:
- Maximum bets: exceeding the permitted stake while wagering is active can invalidate bonus winnings.
- Excluded games: some games contribute nothing, while others count at a reduced rate.
- Expiry periods: the requirement may need to be completed within a fixed number of days.
- Maximum cashout: the amount available to withdraw can be capped even after wagering is complete.
- Eligibility: country, currency, payment method and account-history restrictions may apply.

Should the maximum bonus field always be completed?
No. Leave it empty when the promotion does not state a cap or when your calculated match is already below the maximum. Entering a cap matters when the advertised percentage would otherwise produce more bonus funds than the offer allows.
What should I enter for a wager-free bonus?
Enter zero as the wagering requirement. The play-through target will be zero, although other rules can still apply to the promotion, deposited money or withdrawals.
Why does a lower game contribution increase the target?
The calculator expresses how much actual play would be needed at that contribution rate. If a game contributes 10%, only 0.10 of every 1 wagered reduces the requirement, so the equivalent amount of play is ten times the 100%-contribution target.
Does reaching the target guarantee a withdrawal?
No. Completing wagering addresses only that promotional condition. Identity checks, payment verification, maximum-bet rules, restricted games, withdrawal limits and other account terms may still apply.
