I asked a withdrawal of 500$ and received only 198$! When i asked customer support what happened to the rest why haven’t i received the other 302$ they responded back we had to pay your credit card debts! And they said they can’t help me further!!
This is at your own risks peeps i advise you dont put a penny because you wont see your withdrawals if you win!! I kept all the chat and screenshots and will escalate this!
Every time I win and withdrawal, they will take away my daily bonuses and all of a sudden NON of the games will pay out for at least 2 weeks. They say they don’t keep track of who wins and who doesn’t, but that’s clearly false. The games will have random errors in the middle of bonus games, and I’ll lose all of my free spins. They do not want you to win. Also plinko, the balls will fall on the far outside sometimes, and it will give you 0 instead of the 122x or 555x.

I received a promotion on August 6th that gave 25 extra free spins on Mega Millionaire Wheel every day for 7 days when you deposit 20$. I played out all 7 days with no issues. I received the promotion again on August 13th and deposited. I received the extra spins on that day. On Aug 14 I did not receive them, but they were promptly added when I talked to support. On August 15 I did not receive them and support said they would escalate the issue and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. On August 17 I had still not heard back so I talked to support again and after many attempts of them adding the spins to my account and seeing nothing on my end they added the value of the three days of missing spins to my account as bonus money (7.50$). I did not receive the spins on August 18 but did not have time to sit with support for them to sort it out. On August 19 I talked to support and they claimed that I misread the terms and needed to deposit every day to receive the spins. They requested a screenshot of the terms of the promotion which I did not have as I did not think I would need to take proof of it when I claimed it. They were adamant that I, all of their coworkers that I spoke to in the days prior, and their entire system that gave me the seven days of spins the week before, were mistaken. It was absolutely ludicrous and a terrible customer service experience. I requested my account be deleted. I made a deposit that came with a promo of +50% bonus cash but the bonus didn’t come through. I played for a bit with the deposited money thinking the bonus will come through any moment and then it never did. Frustrated, I contacted support through the online chat and they refused to honour the promo which was the only reason I made the deposit in the first place.
The first reason I was given for not honouring the promo bonus was because the time on the offer reset while i was making the deposit, and it was clearly hidden somewhere and not on screen for me to see. The next reason was because I played the casino games instead of contacting customer support right away about the missing bonus so they couldn’t honour it. Ultimately they refused to honour the promo bonus at all. I wanted to prove that I should have received this bonus. In all of my support chats I asked for them to be emailed to me and haven’t received a single one yet. I signed out of jackpot city and when I tried to sign in again it said my account was no longer available. I made a complaint so they closed my account limiting my access to my transaction history and time spent on the site. I didn’t close my account, the casino did. Then a week later, I asked again for the support chat transcript and transaction history and was told it would take months to receive that. And the bonus they refused to honour was just $5! They then told me that they will reinstate my account on one condition. I must write a letter stating that Jackpot city casino has done nothing wrong and it was my own fault I didn’t receive the promotional bonus. Which would have been a complete lie.
Ultimately they screwed me over on a promotional bonus and then made all information unavailable to me by closing my account and they only way I could access my account again and play the casino again was to put in writing that they did nothing wrong. Which would be a complete lie.
When companies make things extremely difficult and time consuming for customers to deal with issues it is unethical and it’s shady business. Jackpot city, I joined, l live in Ontario, I deposited $50, l canot play because the site comes up. Com….it asks if I’m in Ontario then logs me into .ca so the games will work. Immediately the site switches to .com,making the site useless,games do not work,I logged in on 3 different devices, jackpot stole my money
They make it purposefully difficult to withdraw any funds. They provide an email to contact support but is an unmonitored emailing system. If you manage to get onto the live chat they give you suggestion to basically “have you turned it off and on again” to resolve issues.
On June 12, 2023 I withdrew 10000.13. My account was updated but still it went to a different email and was reversed back to Jackpot city casino. This is a real review and not paid. I just used the customer service on jackpot city. It has always been super helpful but fairly by the book and same questions asked and I though a computer was helping you but the last 2 were a little different. So I asked if I was talking to a real person. They said yes and I felt. Little bad as I never told the people before that that they did a good job or acknowledged that what I was talking to to be a person as most places have a bot. Just letting everyone know if you don’t. The site is perfect and extremely fair. Where to begin. As previous customers have stated I am having a problem with deposit issues. I’ve played over 10 years on their sister site AllSlots Casino. Never a problem. I am very upset as I have been emailing daily for my withdrawals and no one gets back to me. I have some that say successfully deposited and I never received any funds I’m waiting on $200.00 and $500.00 and then $800.00 that is pending.
I just want to get what is mine as they have taken all my deposits no problem. They did e-transfer me $300.00 but it would be nice if we could get this cleared up. I’ve had a lot of fun here, customer service is great and anytime I’ve had an issue with a deposit they helped walk me through it and get it all sorted out. Had no problems making a withdrawal either which was great. Unfortunately after the withdrawal now when I play anytime I’m about to get a bonus my screen glitches reloads and you can see obvious signs of manipulation on the reels. Unfortunately gambling’s only fun if you win a little bit sometimes even if you just spend it again anyways who cares that’s gambling but it’s not much fun just dumping money.
