I hit a Jack pot at Cool Cat on 2/23/2010 sent in all my docs and they dont even respond. My withdrawl was for $2400.00 USD. I've sent numerous e-mails with no response….I will keep you posted if i ever see my money!!! I think I mad a big mistake!!
This casino is very slow about paying withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal on Jan. 11, 2010 Today is March 2, I am still waiting for my money, I do not recommend this to anyone. and decided not to play here again.
I requested a USD $1,000 withdrawal on 22 Jan 2010, and a further 2 withdrawls on 11 Feb 2010. I received an email acknowledging my bank details for a wire transfer and was told there were delays and that my withdrawal would be processed by 17 Feb. Nothing arrived. I sent an email on 18 Feb and have no response whatsoever. I contacted support 25 Feb and was told the withdrawals dept were not working Thurs and Friday and to contact them Monday which I intend to do. I would have thought that if they were so behind with their processing they would put extra resource into it rather than the opposite. This is the first time I have had the run around from any online casino. After reading other comments, I am feeling even more nervous.

I contact them almost daily and hear the same BS about processors and all the other jive. They do pay….slowly and with great expense to the players. $65 a pop. They aren't the fastest to pay but keep hammering them and expect to get dinged every time you get a payout. Best to avoid them if you have high blood pressure.

I have contacted Cool Cat Casino almost everday since January 25th, 2010 concerning my $1000 withdrawal. After playing there for several years and depositing this was the first time I successfully won and did not cancel my withdrawal. It took me literally one week for them to accept all my documents. They couldn't read this one or that one so I had to keep resending them by fax or scan over and over at least 3 times. Well I will not be playing with Cool Cat Casino anymore. I finally got my withdrawl approved on the 4th of this month. It was 2 weeks longer than the 10 days. I had withdrawn 3000., and now they tell me that I could only withdraw 400. I would think that after all of the chat sessions with the withdrawl department…someone might have mentioned that to me? In my opinion, it is a below the belt way of doing business. I will not be back. For that matter, I now will have to wait another 10 business days before a check is even sent. OMG, I won in july 2009 and is now december and still waiting on my money, this is crazy. they fed ex me a check in sept but i was not there to sign for it so it went back to them and to this date nothing, i gave them my info for a wire transfer and nothing, i always get the same response from them.

Looks like Coolcat's litterboxis full of crap.I've been waiting since 11/27/2009 all my "DOCS" were approved 11/29/2009 after winnning $8000 I requested 2 "OVERNIGHT EXPRESS CHECKS"becasue the max is 5g one for $5000 another for $3000 since then I reversed the $3000 in a good faith thinking that one check would be easier for them to process. Lilly has been nothing but a pain in the ass and a liar. Now she says the aproval dept is delayed. Classic. So now I wait and after reading these posts I don't know what more I can do?
