Iv played this casino for many years now iv made a withdrawal which I have waited for it to be put into my bank but the money is just disappeared with out a trace the casino is now not answering me nor replying to live chat or emails and ignore me I think that’s a little weird considering this casino nis one of the best for communication . I will not be playing this casino anymore and if you want to play don’t waste your time after this trick they have tried to pull taking my withdrawal and ignoring and lying I do not appreciate after spending thousands of dollars on this site and they won’t give me my winnings

I made 2 deposits which were debited from my credit card account and the casino claims both were declined despite both transactions having authorisation numbers. Went through the usual investigation route and still waiting for an answer regarding $300 of deposit + 450% bonus that hasn’t been credited to my account.

Its been almost 2 weeks now and despite their communication being ok to start it has now gone silent since I asked to have the money refunded to my credit card instead of casino credit.

Hi I have been waiting 5 bisiness days for a payout so far its still pending I have emailed accounting 7 times and VIP manager 5 with no response I have spoken to your online chat which just keeps giving me the run around and not answering my questions I have made an appointment for 9am in the morning to claim fraudulent gaming company and retrieve all money that I have spent on this site which is well over the amount I have requested I have never waited so long for a payout and I have been playing online casinos for many years

I still haven’t received any payments since my payout request was approved on the 11th of Dec 2020, it’s now the 4th of January. I’ve once again spoken to the operators via my tangiers account and have emailed the accounting team who still have not replied saying that I need to wait yet again another week. I’ve never withdrawn before why is it taking so long?

2 weeks and still waiting for me $4000 withdrawal, have spent over 50K and first I withdrew any funds , no responses, doubt I’ll see my money , claim emails never been sent , horrible experience and do not recommend at all !

I’ve deposited a lot of money into this casino and yet when I finally request a withdrawal I get the run around with the verification process taking a whole month to send documents. Then finally, when I think we’ve made a breakthrough having been approved it’s way past 7 days and still nothing. I keep getting the same reply from the operators on my account telling me to send more verification details. It has now been a little over 6 weeks and still no reply via email. Why have a casino if you can’t even payout a simple request.

After depositing and playing for about 3 months. I won $3950. After the typical stiff around of documents and it getting rejected 6 times and the run around of the random verification process, finally all good got the all okay. So widthdraw the 3950$$. The money was approved and sent to my bank. Yesterday it should of been there and now. Email saying my account is closed for some reason and still no money recieved. And no email responses. Can some one please respond and sort it before I take this matter further thanks

I went through the wagering and won $850 which I decided to withdraw. I sent in all my documents for them to verify. This went on back and fowards regarding the verification period. They sent emails back saying my documents was verified and they approved it. I thought this was a break threw in relation to them approving most if my documents. I sent in the last of my documents and they told me my documents were verified and approved and it would take 3-7 business days to reach my account. It has been 7 days and still there is no money in my account. I thought what is going on here!…only to find that they have cancelled my account. I have no idea why they closed it.

I recently opened an account with tangiers casino, i got my account verified and did everything they asked for. I won 1 900$ with 50$ and decided to withdraw at least 950$. Yesterday i was supposed to receive the money in my bank account (after 5 business days) and still haven’t received anything. So i checked my pending orders from my account and it says i have 0$ pending so the money just disappeared.

Everytime the 5th business day comes they say they need more info to process my pay out ! Seems to be everyone is having the same issue along with that they are taking money out of my bank account daily 25$, 50$. I joined Oct 28th 2020 I have a appointment with the bank manager and filing fraud with this tangiers casino. I should also note I won 1400 $ and requested payout. Then it has mysteriously disappeared and the other is 1000$ that keeps pending.

Lost a lot of money. Finally decided to withdraw $1000 Of my winnings over a month ago. Took four withdrawal attempts requesting I supply with account verification which I did on numerous occasions. Then when verification was finally approved I was selected for another random verification process which again delayed it for a further week or so. Finally the wire withdrawal was approved (have screen shot of the approval). Today was the final day for funds to arrive in my account when I receive an email from Tangiers advising me that they have reviewed my account and decided to close it.
No funds have been received and I am now unable to access my account.
These funds were very much needed for survival.
Reading a lot of the reviews I can see I’m not alone.
Silly me believing it was a legit casino.

I can’t withdraw my money cause apparently it’s bonus money. What the heck does that mean?

I deposited 25 and got a 250% bonus so do I have to loose all this and then start playing with what is supposed to be my money.

Customer service is frustrating and just refers you to another department.
No phone contact, only email which can take 48hrs for reply, in fact apart from depositing everything takes forever with this casino, to me a month off frustrating emailing, verifying and generally being passed off from chat to another dept. to make 2 withdrawals.

I deposited a number of times and I decided to withdrawal my winnings of $1030 and this would have been months ago after waiting many weeks and being asked for more identification which I provided over and over again then I found my withdrawal was finally approved on the 6th October then a few days later I find my account has been disabled due to more than one account per household I am the only one that lives at this household and I only have one account.

After my withdrawal was approved was it transferred to my bank account?

Because it was a few days after the approval that my account got cancelled so the process should have been started because it was approved.

As I said before I only have one account with Tangiers and I have no idea who owns the account with the same email address so you need to disable their account for a fraudulent address and do some checking into this person

Hi I withdrawed my winning money on the 10th of September and i was told that it will take 1to3 days for my withdrawal to be processed. Those days passed then I received an SMS that my withdrawal is processed and within 1 to 4 working days I’ll receive my money. Those days passed I chat with an agent and requested that I should se my ID which I did and I received a massage that says my money will be in within 12 to 14 working days depending on my bank. Until today I haven’t found anything and I deposit more than Than R3000 and played with it.

I deposited $25 played on 29th September and won 4000 and I did a withdrawal and they said it be today and the next day and the next day untill it was today 7oct and they said they only approved me of $100 because they said I done a withdrawal of a $100 and I told them I cancelled the $100 and did a withdrawal of 4000 and they said it the bonus and I said I played it back an I have screenshot of the 4000 pending and what not. So I signed up for this casino deposit money above 4 or 5 times. They gave bonuses with. I played the bonuses so I couldn’t have my actual balance when up to 5500 cashed out at withdrawn 3900 5 days later. They will not give me any money. They said it’s void because I bet over $5 and pretty much stole all that money from me. Wouldn’t even give all the money I put into that game well playing that whole time. I deposited almost 1500 and then I won and they say no and keep my 1500 as well.

I’m out over 250$ made a withdrawal and of course they voided it and voided my funds I want my deposits refunded but of course they won’t email back

I withdrew the 4000 that’s all your allowed in a week ….it’s gone in as withdrawal pending as 0 ..that’s apparently a glitch….what they are doing is terrible wrong….
