I have numbers n numbers of screenshot not them taking my money on blackjack n not letting me play. they take the money but remove the bet. Over 20 emails of screenshots. Take this as a example. I have found that a player pay to play and never wins because of their bonuses which they add to your deposit that a person do not even ask for as when the bonus comes on I delete it but it still gets added to your account.

I deposited $480 into there casino divided into 3 deposits . The first deposit they gave me some bonus that I didn’t even want . No big deal . I played I lost . I bought in again played and lost . Them bought in the 3rd time . Played for an hour or so and my 180 became 780 from winnings . I was happy . I went to withdrawl the money . Reading all the reviews my problem is just the same my withdrawable cash was 2600 I have asked the agent what my withdrawable amount is and they told me 2600 .When I withdraw the money they told me I will get $100 according their rules

Have been waiting 2 weeks now to make my first withrawal with this casino. First week, made withdrawal, verified my account sending all required documents, only to wait a week to have it cancelled because I hadnt sent my bank statements. Sent through immediately. I have deposited over thousands of dollars. I had requested a withdrawal over $4000 after over a month of them reversing it, they finally reviewed and approved my withdrawal but only the amount of $200! not only that but the other $3800 has disappeared from my account! This is disgusting.

After depositing $50 from my credit card, I also received some bonus money. After winning in excess of $6000.00, which was clearly marked “withdrawal balance”, the withdrawals, which were within weekly limits, were reversed. Apparently due to bonus rules, as per their “bonus terms and conditions” on there website, which in not clearly stated when creating an account, or playing the games. The reversal took place after I was informed, via a conversation with the website chat representative, that their was no issue with the requested withdrawal, and I would receive the money within 5 working days.
Not only was this withdrawal reversed, and any monies not received, but the amount has completely disappeared from my account. I will be taking this matter further.
