BetTech launch G-Bets sportsbook

South African gaming solution provider BetTech has launched land-based bingo, LPM and casino group Goldrush Gaming Group’s new online sportsbook GBets.co.za.

Goldrush Gaming Group’s move into South Africa’s burgeoning sports betting market comes after almost 20 years as an established land-based operator of bingo and casino venues in the country.

G-Bets offers mobile and online customers a range of pre-match and in-play wagering options from domestic and international sporting events, including all South African and European horse racing fixtures.

Mergan Naidoo, chief financial officer of the Goldrush Group said: “The sports betting market in South Africa is already massive. It is developing by the day and we recognise that it has huge potential for future growth. The new offer is supported by an extensive campaign via online, print and TV media.
