Canadian investors bid for Indian online rummy enterprise

A consortium of foreign investor funds led by Canada’s private equity fund Clairvest has made an offer of Cdn$ 100 million in a bid to acquire an 85 percent stake in Head Infotech, the owners of the Indian online rummy enterprise Ace2Three.

The publication GLaws reports that the same consortium is also interested in buying an undisclosed stake in Matrix Partners, another Indian business owned by entrepreneur Rajesh Agarwal and his family.
